The phenophase,growth,berry quality and photosynthetic characteristics of 5 blueberry cultivars which cultivated in Jingyu county,Jiaohe city and Linjiang city in Changbai mountain district of Jilin province were comprehensively evaluated and aimed to lay a theoretical foundation for the utilization of blueberry cultivars in this paper.The main results were as follows:1.The lowbush blueberry cultivars‘Blomidon'showed the largest yields(814.6-1120.6 per1000m~2)among 5 tested cultivars,and the yields comparison of three regions from high to low were in the order of Jiaohe,Jingyu and Linjiang,The content of Vc(86.50 mg per 100g)and protein(2.21%)in the berry of‘Blomidon'in Linjiang city was significantly higher than in Jingyu county(59.03mg per 100g;0.82%)and Jiaohe city(47.76mg per 100g;0.70%).The Half-highbush blueberry cultivars‘Northland'showed lower yields than‘Blomidon',but higher yields(531.5-676.65kg per 1000m~2)than other 3 cultivars.And the content of total phenol(1.94mg/g)and flavonoid(7.49mg/g)in the berry of‘Northland'in Jiaohe city was significantly higher than in Jingyu county(1.11mg/g;2.65mg/g)and Linjiang city(1.04mg/g;2.67mg/g).2.The phenophase,growth,berry yields of the blueberry cultivars‘Reka'showed better aspects than the cultivars of‘Northland',‘Bluecrop'and‘Darrow'.And the berry size and weight of‘Reka'(182.2g per 100 berry weight)was also higher than the tested culitivars of‘Blomidon'(55.3-69.4g per 100 berry weight)and‘Northland'(141.4-165.9g per 100 berry weight).3.The berry size of the cultivars‘Bluecrop'(Length/Diameter 11.3mm/17.8mm)and‘Darrow'(Length/Diameter 13.3mm/18.3mm)was bigger than the other cultivars‘Blomidon',‘Northland'and‘Reka',which cultivated in Jingyu county.The ripen time of‘Bluecrop'was in the middle of July,15 days early than‘Darrow'.And the yields,278.35kg per 1000m~2 of‘Bluecrop'cultivars was also higher than the yields 256.65kg per 1000m~2 of‘Darrow'.4.The Pn diurnal variation curves and the Gs diurnal variation curves of the 5 tested blueberry cultivars in three regions showed double-peak curves with‘midday depression';The E diurnal variation cures of‘Blomidon'and‘Reka'showed single-peak curves and the cultivars of‘Northland',‘Bluecrop'and‘Darrow'showed double-peak curves;The cures shape‘W'were showed on the Ci diurnal variation of‘Blomidon'and‘Bluecrop',and the cures shape‘V'were showed among the cultivars‘Northland',‘Reba',and‘Darrow'.5.Pn-PAR curves,E-PAR curves,and Gs-PAR curves of different blueberry cultivars in three regions showed the same trend with the process of‘rapid rise-slow rise-small drop',Also the curves of Ci-PAR through the process showed the trend of‘first drop and then slow rise'.
