The feasibility of multispore cioss-breeding in Agaricus bispoirus was demonstrated and also proof method was bulit.Sceened different grain spawn and supplenmental spawn which was demonstrated of the yield increasing effect.Main results as follows:1.10 varieties of Agaricus bisporus was cultivated for choose hybrid parents.The parameters of mushroom shape,growth cycle and yield was evaluated and then discribed the characteristics in the point of breeding view.Results show that different varieties have different advantages,some are high yield variety like M2,M3,M7,some are suit to mechanical harvest like M10,some are have high yield in the first two flush like M1,M2,M3.Some varieties have a low yield in the third or fourth flush which can considered to add supplementation.And some special parameters was built for evaluate the shape of different varieties' mushroom.2.Multispore cross-breeding method was used in this research.The multispore crossbreeding and inbreeding was done for verify the hybrids via SSR molecular marker.The hybrids line was appeared in the SSR map that demonstrated some strains were crossed of different parents.The cultivation of hybrids was completed,some strains obviously have the characteristics of different parents that means the method of SSR marker can be used in screen hybids in some extend.3.Different grain spawn formulations were screened about adding lime,gypsum and caclium carbonate.Three grains and three varieties' mushroom join in the test,the orthogonal experiment was established,results show that the suitable formulation of wheat spawn is adding 2% gypsum,1% caclium carbonate,the suitable formulation of sorghum spawn is adding 1% lime,gypsum and caclium carbonate,the suitable formulation of corn is adding 1% gypsum and 3% caclium carbonate.Different spawn rate and different spawn type experiment demonstarte that the corn spawn grow slowly than wheat spawn and sorghum spawn in the same spawn rate.With the improve of spawn rate,the yield also can improve significantly.4.Different supplemetal spawns were evaluated that with the improve of the quantity of soybean and peanut,the growth rate become slow than CK.Soybean have big influence of growth rate than peanut in the same supplemental rate.The cultivation experiment have done of different spawn rate and different spawn type,results show that the spawn added soybean is vulnerable of weed disease than added peanut,the spawn quality of spawn added peanut is better than that added soybean.The yield of different spawn type have no obvious difference with each other,but with the improvement of spawn rate,the yield of supplemental spawn is higher than the basal spawn.The supplental was demonstrated can improve the yield.
