This experiment was carried out at the experimental site of Jilin Agricultural University in Minle Village,Dayi Township,Songyuan City from 2016 to 2017.Using Hengdan 188 as the experimental material,the straw deep-turning field combined with subsurface drip irrigation was applied to the whole growth period of corn.The effects of soil moisture,microbial biomass carbon,enzyme activity,and yield during an important period of time were expected to comprehensively compare the superiority of various treatment models to provide a theoretical basis for high-yielding cultivation of maize in semi-arid regions of western Jilin Province.In the fall of 2016,the straw will be crushed and then returned to the field in accordance with the 100% return of the corn harvested straw.Set up(1)drip irrigation under the membrane + straw returning(MG)(2)drip irrigation under the membrane(M)(3)straw returning(G)(4)4 treatments for conventional planting(CK),choose large-area planting,according to Measurements at various times require sampling measurements.Draw the following conclusions:1.The drip irrigation combined with straw drip irrigation can increase the soil moisture content of corn,reaching the maximum value during the grain filling stage,which is 14% higher than that of the straw deep-turnover and non-mulching treatment,and 33.9% higher than the conventional control treatment.2.The straw drip irrigation combined with drip irrigation can increase the content of microbial biomass carbon in maize soil,reaching the maximum in the tasselling period,which is 12.24% higher than the average drip irrigation treatment under the membrane,and is not as deep as the straw is returned to the field.The coating treatment was 20.58% higher,40.09% higher than the conventional control treatment.3.The treatment of drip irrigation combined with drip irrigation can significantly increase the activities of sucrase,urease,phosphatase and catalase in soil.4.There was no significant difference in the yield between straw deep-turnover and drip-irrigation mode and non-returning land treatment under drip irrigation,but it was significantly higher than that of straw uncovered and conventional treatment.Therefore,it is recommended that The effect of straw returning should be brought into play.For the semi-arid areas in the western part of Jilin Province,water should be the main factor,and the pattern of drip irrigation under the membrane should be adopted.
