Hepatitis E virus(HEV)is an acute zoonosis pathogens transmitted via the fecal-oral route.HEV has become a global disease, while developing countries are the major areas of high incidence.Pig as an important HEV storage host and source of infection, resulting in the widespread transmission of HEV in pigs and humans,a serious threat to human and animal health?Haemophilus parasuis(HPS)is a contagious bacterial infection that is predominantly characterized by respiratory tract infections and arthritis.HPS affects all aspects of pig growth and development,is a common but easily overlooked important bacterial disease, widespread in all countries farms.Porcine contagious pleuropneumonia(PCP)is a severe acute fatal respiratory disease caused by the infection of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(APP).PCP has spread to all farms throughout the world, and often mixed with a variety of diseases, seriously undermining the healthy development of the pig industry.Chlamydophila is an obligately cellular parasitic bacterial infection that infects a variety of animals and humans.Chlamydia can be transmitted through the pathways and cause pigs to produce a variety of different clinical syndromes, once infected with difficult to purify zoonotic diseases. To explore the epidemiological and risk factors of HEV,HPS,PCP and chlamydia in Jilin Province,946 swine sera were collected from 8 districts of Jilin Province. The products were tested by ELISA and IHA kit respectively,The results showed that the overall positive rate of HEV was 34.99%,with significant difference in different regions, age and season(P<0.0001),and the positive rate of pregnant sows was 50.72% Significantly higher than other ages. The analysis of risk factors showed that the regional, age and seasons were considered as risk factors of HEV.The positive rate of HPS was 21.04%(199/946),with significant difference(P<0.0001)between different regions and age.The data analysis showed that the regional and age were considered as HPS.The positive rate of PCP infection was 26.32%(252/946),and the regional difference was significant(P<0.01).The statistics of different regions and seasons showed that the risk of PCP infection was positive. The overall positive rate of Chlamydial was 26.11%(247/946).The regional differences were significant(P <0.0001).Regional factors were considered as the main risk factors for Chlamydial infection.we first study investigated the prevalence of HEV,HPS,PCP and chlamydia in some areas of Jilin Province and provided the basic data for the epidemic situation of pigs potentially hazardous in pig breeding industry in our province, which is of great public health significance.
