| In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,the population has gradually increased,the surface water resources are insufficient,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has become more and more acute,and the problem of groundwater overexploitation has become more prominent.Cheng’an County is affiliated to Handan City,Hebei Province.It is an agricultural planting county and a typical water shortage area.The problem of groundwater over-exploitation is particularly serious.In order to tackle the serious problem of groundwater overexploitation,the Ministry of Water Resources has carried out a comprehensive management of groundwater overexploitation in a large area throughout the country.Chengan County of Handan City,as one of the pilot counties for groundwater overexploitation control,has taken the lead.As a pilot project,a series of works have been carried out,such as water conservancy,agriculture,mechanism and system,and some results have been achieved.This paper starts from the research of groundwater high-efficiency water-saving irrigation design of the groundwater over-exploitation comprehensive treatment project in Cheng’an County in 2017.It briefly introduces the current status of water resources development and utilization in Cheng’an County,and analyzes the basic situation of the necessity and feasibility of groundwater-saving irrigation projects.In combination with the superior geographical advantages of the project area,abundant agricultural resources,strong technical support,and active support from the cadres,the farmland irrigation in the project area is targeted with the use of winch-type sprinkler irrigation,drip irrigation,and high-standard pipes.Irrigation and other methods,and through the comparison of groundwater over-exploitation before and after the implementation of the project,it shows that changing the irrigation method of farmland reduces the over-exploitation of groundwater,and the implementation of the project has achieved certain results,providing comprehensive treatment for groundwater over-exploitation in the North China Plain and other areas. |
