In order to study the physiological basis of the formation of Luzhou and quality of tobacco leaves,in Luzhou,Lichuan province tobacco area three quality area survey statistics to represent the field test of flue-cured tobacco growth,carbon and nitrogen metabolism of fresh tobacco leaves were analyzed its photosynthetic rate is determined by the key enzyme activity,and the aroma of tobacco leaves after baking ingredients,chemical composition,sensory and appearance quality analysis and evaluation,discusses the three quality the quality characteristics.The main results are as follows: 1.Overall quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves in LuzhouLook from the exterior quality evaluation results,the three quality regional sites in the middle of the leaf appearance quality is relatively good,Macheng sites appearance quality score is higher,there was no significant difference between three parts appearance quality sites.From the point of view of sensory quality,the style and features of the three quality regional test points are consistent with the middle flavor.In the comprehensive score of sensory evaluation and aspiration,Dazhai test point is better,Macheng test point is second,and Guanwen test point is slightly worse.According to the results of chemical composition evaluation,the total sugar and reducing sugar of the three test sites were higher than the high quality tobacco leaf,and decreased with the increase of site.The total nitrogen content of the tobacco leaf in the middle of the three test sites was less than the optimal content,but the content of the upper leaf was close to that of the optimal content.The total vegetable alkali content of the three test sites was high.The potassium and chlorine contents of the three test sites did not reach the optimal content,but had a better potassium and chlorine ratio.2.Growth development and physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in LuzhouFrom the point of the growth and development condition,Luzhou flue-cured tobacco is in a good growth,present good growth after transplanting,the field overall growth Macheng experimental locations Dazhai good sites to Guanwen sites.Three regional sites quality flue-cured tobacco photosynthesis rate presents a process of increased first and then decrease,in the group stage tree,vigorous and multitopping three growth period,the photosynthetic rate at three sites there are differences,and rendered Macheng sites > Dazhai sites > Guanwen sites.From three sites of dry matter accumulation,relatively high dry matter accumulation at three sites,and in the three periods are also present Macheng sites > Dazhai sites > Guanwen sites.In terms of carbon and nitrogen metabolism related enzyme activity,sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase and invertase and amylase,glutamate synthetase and glutamate dehydrogenase activity along with the growth period were showing a rising trend,and nitrate reductase,glutamine synthetase activity showed a trend of a rise and fall of the first,and reached the maximum in the most vigorous.On the whole,the activity of key enzymes related to carbon and nitrogen was relatively high in the test site of Macheng,followed by that of Dazhai,and the lowest in the test site of Guanwen.3.Characteristics of neutral odorant in flue-cured tobacco of LuzhouThe amount of matter from neutral aroma,new plant diene and in addition to the new plant outside the diene neutral aroma quality,the highest distinction sites,view article sites compared with macheng sites,the former amount of neutral aroma substances and new plant diolefin content,the latter after removal of the new plant diene neutral aroma total amount is higher than the former.According to the degradation products of carotenoids,the content of the test site in Dazhai was 55.9619?g/g,the test site in Macheng was 53.4558?g/g,and the test site in Guanwen was the lowest 49.1707?g/g.According to the degradation products of cyperanes and Browning products,the content of guanwen test site was the highest,followed by Dazhai test site and Macheng test site.The order of contents of propionine degradation products is the test site of Macheng,Dazhai and Guanwen.
