For the study of plant growth regulator effect on growth, development and yield of Maize(Zea mays L.) under different densities. This study combined with three density by spraying different doses of the two regulators, elect modulators of different density of the optimal dose, upregulate the production of agent application to provide a scientific basis. Determination of modulators of the main ingredients for a period of two years(in this experiment, governor of Heilongjiang River Farm Technology Park to the landlord cultivars Demeiya 1 as the tested material, 3 planting densities(75000(M1), 90000 m2), 105000(M3) plants·per ha), and in 2013~2014 in Maize Jointing stage spraying two kinds of different concentrations of growth regulators to olefinic effect triazole as the main component of the regulator, B with Ethephon, in the spraying, 10 d, 20 d, 30 d and mature stage through the corn leaf and stem form, leaf photosynthetic properties, grain quality and yield of different growth regulators on maize growth and development regulation effect. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The increasing of planting density, Demeiya 1 strain of high and ear is gradually rising trend, but at the base of the plant stem section with the increase of the density and variable length, stem diameter became fine and the mechanical properties of corn stalk decreased, stem base section resistance lodging decreased ability. Growth regulator treatment, spraying growth regulator A and B effective increase in stem diameter, inhibition of the third node length, and with the increase of the concentration of growth regulator was first increased and then decreased. A3 and B3 treatments were significantly thicker than other treatments, and the length of the stem was significantly shorter than other treatments, which could effectively improve the lodging resistance, and ultimately increase the yield.2. The increasing planting density, Demeiya 1 light photosynthetic rates and chlorophyll content decreased significantly, increased leaf area index, when the planting density is too high, leaf area percentage performance: small in the upper part, lower population density. A3 and B3 treatment under the leaf area index is the largest, B4 and A4 treatment due to the excessive concentration of the leaf area index decreased, the overall performance, A3>A2>A1>CK>B>A4>B2>B1>CK>B4.3. With the increase of planting density, the yield of Demeiya No. 1 parabolas, the highest yield in M2 density. Ear length, ear diameter, kernel number and 100 grain weight showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The dry matter accumulation of maize plants was significantly higher than the control, and the dry matter accumulation of maize plants under the growth regulator A was higher than that of the growth regulator B. Growth regulator treatment significantly increased the yield of maize population, spraying growth regulator a, density of M2 yield was the highest, than M1 and M3 were increased by 2.58%, 27.89%, the density of M2 A3 concentration can significantly increased maize yield 14.05%. Spraying growth regulator B, in the density of M2 average yield highest than M1 and M3 respectively high 2.37% and 27.14%, density of M2 B3 concentrations can significantly increased the yield of corn, than the yield of 13.59% in the control, the ear length, ear diameter, spike grain number and 100 grains weight were significantly higher than that of other concentration processing.4. Under the same density, Demeiya 1 in growth regulator A3 and B3 concentration of quality than other concentration processing better, is significantly higher than that of the control. The quality of maize was significantly improved by spraying growth regulator A and B under the density of M2. At the same time, the maximum increase of 1240.19 kg, income 1995.13 yuan.
