| Opener plays a vital role in the cultivation of crops,it’s related to the consumption of the planting machine and affected the growth of crops.In this paper,a discrete element dynamic simulation model was created to meet the working principle of opener and soil,study on the influence of opener’s key structural parameters on the working performance and soil disturbance,combining the opener’s working performance regressione quation,determine the optimal structural parameters of opener and study the key operating parameter’s influence on the working performance;Through the indoor soil bin test,verified that the optimized opener has better working performance.The specific research contents are as follows:1.In view of the characteristics of soil,the soil particle contact mechanics model combined with the hysteretic spring model and the linear cohesion model was established,the soil accumulation angle test with moisture content of 25%,31% and 36% was carried out,and the parameters of the simulation model were calibrated to create a soil discrete element model consistent with the actual situation.2.According to the working principle of opener,using the penetrating angle、clearance angle and chamfered angle as the main factors,the opener-soil dynamics simulation test was carried out to study the influence of structural parameters on the opener performance and determine the primary factors,comprehensive opener working performance regression equation to determine the structural parameters of the optimized opener : penetrating angle50°、clearance angle7° and chamfered angle50°.3.According to the influencing factors of the opener performance,using the ditching speed and soil moisture content as the key operating parameters,Through simulation experiments,it is found that: work resistance and soil disturbance were changed with the change of ditching speed,soil moisture content has a significant influence on ditch resistance and has no significant effect on soil disturbance.4.The indoor soil bin test was carried out to compare the working performance of the opener before and after optimization.The results show that: under the same conditions,the working resistance of the optimized opener is reduced by 5.80%-6.14% before optimization,the influence of operating parameters on the opener performance was verified,and the accuracy and feasibility of the simulation model were verified.The optimized design of the giant grass opener improved the problems of large working resistance,poor soil moisture retention and low seed germination rate in the cultivation of Pennisetum.sp in Fujian,and also provided reference for the design of the opener in other areas. |
