Research And Application Of Hybrid Experiment Of Zongdi Hua-Pig

In the present study,Zongdi hua-pig,Guizhou jiangkou turnip-pig and Qianbei black-pig were used as experimental materials.On the premise of ensuring the quality,body shape and appearance of Zongdi hua-pig,the crossbreeding experiment was carried out to explore the crossbreeding combination that could improve the litter number of the pig and solve the bottleneck problem of low litter number in the exploitation and utilization of the pig's genetic resources.The main research results are as follows:1.The litter size of binary sows(Qian and Zong)was significantly higher than that of binary sows(Jiang and Zong)and pure sows.(Qian and Zong)the number of piglets born by two sows was respectively(10.00�0.71)and(11.50�1.73);(Jiang and Zong)the number of piglets born by two sows was respectively(7.68�0.65)and(9.60�1.34);the number of sows and litter of purebred primary and secondary were respectively(6.30�1.74)and(8.40�1.14);There were significant differences in litter size between different groups(P<0.05),Using dual sows as mothers could solve the "bottleneck" problem of low litter number in(Qian and Zong)piglets.2.The offspring of hybrid combination had excellent meat quality,and there was no significant difference between the performance index of meat quality of the offspring of different hybrid combination and the pure Zongdi hua-pig(P > 0.05).The pH value,meat color and marbling of meat quality of the offspring of Zongdi-hua pig and its different hybrid combinations were similar.And more good,no PSE meat or DFD meat.There was no significant difference in lean meat frequency between different hybrids(P > 0.05).3.Select the binary sows with the best reproductive performance(Qian and Zong)for promotion and application.has promoted to the whole county " Qian and Zong " binary sow 777,a total of 396 farms(communities and households)are extended.Among them,there are 2large-scale farms,12 large-scale breeding communities and 382 free-range households.
