Molecular marker-assisted selection breeding is a new breeding technology developed in recent years.In order to carry out targeted molecular marker-assisted selection breeding,it is important to grasp the genes and markers of parental materials.In this study,based on the excellent new wheat varieties(lines)collected from all over the country in recent years,410 wheat breeding materials were tested and screened by molecular markers linked to Yr2,Yr10,Yr18 and Yr32 developed by the predecessors.The resistant vaccination was identified by the stripe rust mixed race(CYR32,33,34).the following main results were obtained:1.Gene composition and distribution of 410 wheat materials:The proportion of four disease resistance genes Yr2,Yr10,Yr18 and Yr32 in 410 wheat materials was 95.6%,54.9%,0.5% and 21.0%,respectively.Yr2 is the most widely present in breeding materials,followed by Yr10 and Yr32,and Yr18 has the lowest presence in breeding materials,only two materials lut9594 and mr107-02.The material containing the Yr2,Yr10,Yr18 resistance gene is 2,namely lut9594 and mr107-02;45 materials containing Yr2,Yr10 and Yr32 genes,such as Xiza 18,Jinfen 9 and Qiule 6;and 215 materials containing Yr2 and Yr10 genes,such as Womai 33,Yikemai 1506,Pingan 0658.There are 2 materials containing Yr2 and Yr18 genes,namely lut9594 and mr107-02;77 materials containing Yr2 and Yr32 genes,such as Jinmai 24,Huaimai 304;50 materials containing Yr10 and Yr32 genes,such as Zhoumai 28,cp1915m;and 2 materials lut9594 and mr107-02 containing Yr10 and Yr18 genes.2.Resistance to stripe rust of 410 wheat materials:117wheat materials showed resistance to disease,accounting for 28.5%;medium resistant materials had 118,accounting for 28.8%;moderately susceptible materials were 84,accounting for 20.5%;the remaining 91 materials showed symptoms,accounting for 22.2%.In general,the proportion of materials resistant to stripe rust mixed races was 57.3%,indicating that the overall disease resistance of the breeding materials was superior.3.Comprehensive analysis of disease resistance identification and molecular detection: In the detection of Yr2,Yr10,Yr18,Yr32 genes,13,88,233,and 178 materials respectively showed resistance but did not detect the corresponding molecular markers.It is speculated that these materials may contain other resistance genes or new ones.There have 171,78,0,and 28 materials respectively were found to contain the corresponding markers but showed symptoms,which may be due to the presence of other stripe rust dominant species in the field.Two materials including lut9594 and mr107-02 containing Yr2,Yr10 and Yr18 genes,and 30 materials including Yr2,Yr10 and Yr32 genes,such as Xiza 18,Qiule 6 and Lengjian 1708,were excellent in resistance and the resistance gene it carries is clear.So it can enhance the utilization of these materials in the later breeding,and configure a better parental combination.
