Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s social economy, the number of production and construction projects has increased dramatically, and the problem of soil erosion caused by it is also very prominent.Monitoring the soil and water loss of production and construction projects will have a comprehensive grasp of the soil erosion situation from a macro perspective, and at the same time provide a basis for decision-making and supervision by the government and relevant departments. This paper takes RS and GIS technology as the main technical means, and takes the range of 2000km~2 along the section of Xiarong Expressway along the Zhanggong District to Huichang County as the research area, collecting remote sensing images, daily rainfall data, soil data,Digital Elevation Model(DEM)data, and soil and water conservation of production and construction projects in the study area. The program information, etc, using the“world-integration”supervision technology and The Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation(RUSLE)model to monitor the soil erosion status of the production and construction projects in the study area.By comparing the area of the disturbance map of the production and construction project on the remote sensing image with the scope of the responsibility for prevention and control in the soil and water conservation plan,Analyze project compliance, and then the soil erosion amount of the project can be calculated by using the RUSLE model, and the spatial distribution of water erosion and erosion grade of the production and construction projects in the study area can be obtained, complete the remote sensing monitoring tasks of production and construction projects in the study area. The main results of the study are as follows:(1)Through indoor interpretation and field review, the remote sensing interpretation marks for 12 types of production and construction projects including highway engineering, railway engineering, flood storage and detention area projects, other small water conservancy projects,open-pit non-metallic mines, industrial park projects, urban pipe network projects, real estate projects,forestry-pulp-paper integration projects, agricultural and forestry development projects, social undertakings, and information industry projects in the study area have been obtained.(2)In 2016,there were 726 disturbance maps and 471 production and construction projects in the area of 2000km~2 along the Zhanggong District to Huichang County section of Xiarong Expressway.Among them,23 disturbance projects were qualified, and 2 of them exceeded the scope of prevention and control, and one construction site was changed. The remaining 445 were suspected to be unapproved. The total area of disturbed maps is4572.67hm~2,and the production and construction projects with a large proportion of disturbed areas include agricultural and forestry development, industrial parks, highways, urban rail transit, real estate, other urban construction,open-pit non-metallic minerals, etc. The proportions respectively were 41.60%,13.54%,9.95%,9.58%,7.89%,5.40%,3.92%,and totaling 91.88%.(3)In 2016,the total area of soil and water loss(Mild or mild above)in the study area was 525.94km~2,accounting for 27.05%of the total area of the study area. The soil erosion areas of different intensities grade were slightly eroded, slightly eroded, moderately eroded, strongly eroded, extremely strongly eroded, and severely eroded, and the areas respectively were 1418.06km~2,411.25km~2,87.76km~2,1.76km~2,2.11km~2,8.32km~2and 6.50km~2.Respectively accounted for 72.95%,21.15%,4.51%,0.62%,0.43%and 0.33%of the study area, and the annual average erosion modulus was 1254.88t/(km~2·a).(4)In the study area, the type of production and construction projects with the largest erosion modulus is open-pit non-metallic mine, and the average erosion modulus is 1650t/(km~2·a),followed by agricultural and forestry development projects, highways, railways, industrial park projects, urban rail transit projects, real estate and so on.The erosion modulus is1422t/(km~2·a),1184t/(km~2·a),1086t/(km~2·a),1025t/(km~2·a),996t/(km~2·a),930t/(km~2·a)and the largest erosion area of production and construction projects is agricultural and forestry development projects, erosion area is 39.446km~2,followed by respectively is industrial park projects, other urban construction projects, real estate projects, highway projects, urban rail transit workers, process and open-pit non-metallic minerals.(5)The spatial distribution of soil erosion area and three influence factors in the study area is revealed.(1)Under different erosive rainfall, the largest erosion area of production and construction projects is between 1600-1700mm,and the erosion area is 17.63km~2,accounting for 41.90%of the total area.(2)Under different slopes, the largest soil erosion area of production and construction projects is<5degree slope grade, the erosion area is16.25km~2,accounting for 38.67%of the total area;the smallest erosion area is<35 degree slope grade, the erosion area is 1.02km~2,accounting for 2.44%of the total area.(3)Under different vegetation coverage, the vegetation coverage in the study area mainly concentrated in 15%-30%,30%-45%and 45%-60%of the three coverage zones, accounting for 92.46%of the total area.
