The pig-based body temperature monitoring system based on flexible material is used as a new technology to monitor the body temperature of the reserve pig.It has the characteristics of small size,strong operability,remote monitoring,and high accuracy.Compared to the traditional method of measuring pigs,it can also reduce the damage to the pigs.Through consulting the data at home and abroad,this paper has found that the application of the Internet of things in agriculture has been a very mature technology,which involves the control of the equipment of the Internet of things in many agricultural industries.A number of advanced Internet of things equipment have been put into the breeding beef cattle and pigs in foreign countries.Some of the methods for measuring their temperature are also mentioned,but these measuring instruments are hard and can not contact the skin very well.The flexible temperature sensor in this paper overcomes the hardness of the material,and inlays the sensor in the flexible matrix.It can make use of the special performance of the flexible matrix to achieve good electrical conductivity and can be flexural and ductile,so that the measurement can bend the contact and ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.At present,the ductility sensor has been used in the medical industry,the electronics industry,the automobile industry and so on.According to the characteristics of the flexible temperature measurement,we find that the prospect of the application of the agriculture and the breeding industry is also very great.In this paper,the working principle of flexible thermometer and the distribution of sensors are mainly studied,and the preparation method of flexible materials is introduced.We introduced the algorithm and chose the most suitable algorithm to solve the problem of temperature prediction.In the design of Bluetooth module,this paper introduces how to use Bluetooth technology to transmit data and optimize the algorithm of data collection.Before the actual use,this paper tests the bending test of the patch to ensure that it can still be used after many times bending,and the experiment of the back-up pig is done at the end of this paper.Through the experiment,the reliability of the flexible temperature patch in the actual use is known.
