| In this study,SSR markers were used for NC102,PVH1452,MS YunYan85,MS YunYan87,QL-3,MSK326,K326,NC2326,Coker319,RG11,YunYan No.2,JingYeHuang,and HongHua DaJinYuan-2.Genetic analysis of flue-cured tobacco samples;NC102,PVH1452,MS Yunyan 85,MS Yunyan 87,QL-3,MSK326 as female parent,K326,NC2326,Coker319,RG11,YunYan No.2,JingYeHuang,HongHuaDaJinYuan-2 was used as the male parent,and YunYan85,the main cultivar of the local population,was used as the control.According to the NCII genetic mating design and mating and cross combination,the combining ability analysis and the division of heterotic groups were performed on the botanical traits,major agronomic traits and conventional chemical constituents.The main results are as follows:1.The genetic distance of 13 parental materials was between 0.112 and 0.406,and the average genetic distance was 0.245.The genetic distance of the test species was between 0.181 and 0.461,and the mean value was 0.321.The genetic distance of the sterile material was between 0.072 and 0.211,and the genetic distance was 0.169.The clustering results are generally consistent with the actual genetic relationship.Similar to the previous research results,the genetic material of the parental materials is relatively small and the genetic relationship is relatively close.2.The generalized heritability of the main agronomic traits of the main agronomic traits is more than 50%.More than half of these traits depend on the genetic factors and are less affected by environmental factors.These traits can be selected for fine genotypes.The narrow heritability of the main agronomic traits is more than 50%,indicating that these traits can be selected for early generation in breeding.3.The broad heritability of the total sugar,nicotine,potassium and the total sugar in the upper leaves of the test materials exceeded 50%,and the best genotype selection could be carried out.The narrow sense heritability of the total sugar in the middle leaves exceeds 50%,which can be selected in the early generation of breeding.4.Through the polygonal view of the pitch,the length of the upper leaf and the yield of the middle leaves,there are 3 heterosis groups in the pitch distance,3 heterosis groups in the upper leaf length,and 3 heterosis groups in the middle leaf yield.5.According to the polygonal view of total sugar,nicotine and potassium content in the middle leaves,there are 4 heterosis groups in total sugar,4 heterosis groups in nicotine and 4 heterosis groups in potassium.There are 3 heterosis groups in the total sugar of the upper leaves,3 heterosis groups in reducing sugar,and 3 heterosis groups in total nitrogen.6.Comprehensive analysis of Main Agronomic and chemical components,MS YunYan 85 × HongHuaDaJinYuan-2,MS YunYan85 × JingYeHuang,MS Yunyan85 × YunYanNo.2,MS YunYan87 × JingYeHuang,MS YunYan87 × HongHuaDaJinYuan-2,QL-3 × JingYeHuang,QL-3 × HongHuaDaJinYuan-2,PVH1452 × HongHuaDaJinYuan-2 are ideal combinations. |
