Studying on fecundity, seed ratio of crossing and stigma energy of both the heterozygous male sterile lines and the homozygous male sterile lines; analyzing heredity of three-way cross and single cross; studying heterosis and combining ability of agriculture charcters and analyzing correlation; analyzing content and correlation of microelement in health functionality of red rice the main results of the studies are as follows:1. The results of the heterozygous male sterile lines and the homozygous male sterile lines showed that the pollen are all male sterile of the heterozygous male sterile lines, Typical abortion rate of the heterozygous male sterile lines is higher than the homozygous male sterile lines(6.93%-11.1%). Stained abortion rate of pollen is zero. Stigma exsertion rate of the heterozygous male sterile lines which D62A make improved 7.26 percent than D62A. Stigma exsertion rate of the heterozygous male sterile lines which 933A make improved 4.68 percent than self out rate of stigma 933A. The heterozygous male sterile lines has seed setting rate in the sixth day and the homozygous male sterile lines seed setting rate is zero The heterozygous male sterile lines is predominance than the homozygous male sterile lines in agronomic traits, Stigma of the heterozygous male sterile lines is bigger, stigma exsertion rate is higher, stigma vigour is better and the rate of outcross seed setting is higher than the homozygous male sterile lines which can improve yield of seed production and reduce cost of seed production.2. Studying heterosis and combining ability analysis indicate that four combinations in six three way-cross combinations increaser production than single cross combination and significant increaser production than CK of conventional red rice. The three-way-cross combinations whose restorer line is red rice are highly greater than that of single cross combinations in yield; The single cross combinations whose sterile line is homozygous red rice are highly greater than that of three-way cross combinations in yield; The three-way cross hybrid rice whose restorer line is white rice are correlation with heterozygous male sterile. So we should focus on the parent combination which the parent is similar in heredity background, pay attention to choose restorer line in the three way breeding and pay attention to choose the sterile lines in single cross breeding. In aspect of plant type traits, three way-cross combination behave positive predominance comparing CK, it is obvious that the breeding of three way-cross can change plant type.Different character of same parent and same one character of different parent are difference,GCA of 1000-grain weigh and grains weigh per plant in the heterozygous male sterile lines are higher than the homozygous male sterile lines temporarily maintainer line affect on relative value of GCA in the heterozygous male sterile lines. Temporary retain line is mainly factor and the restorer line is second factor which affect SCA of three way cross hybrids yields.So high GCA in parent is precondition and base and fine SCA is key for utilizing herterosis in plant. The sterile line and restorer line simultaneity have colour gene which have key effect in yield of hybrid red rice and else economy character. It is good mode the three way-cross which selecting breeding hybrid red rice in breeding; restorer line is white rice,F1 of three way-cross hybrids is not only appear separating in colour,but also bearing date is differ,so utilizing the mode of single cross is better than the mode of three way-cross.3. Studying microelement and analysis correlation of three way-cross hybrids in red rice indicated that content of the Zn,Se and Ge is higher than common white rice,content of the Se of milled rice is higher than conventional red rice. Content of Fe and Zn are significant positive correlation, Ge and Se are negative significant in brown rice and milled rice. It is very beneficial that breeding content Zn and Se at the same time.
