| Apricot germplasm resource is an important carrier of genetic diversity of apricot,and an important material basis for the selection and industrial development of apricot.In this paper,the value evaluation system of apricot tree germplasm resources in Kazuo County was studied by constructing the value evaluation system of storage bank,using direct market method,shadow engineering method and expert scoring method.This study understands the value form of apricot germplasm resources in this storage bank and provides theoretical basis for the protection,utilization and compensation mechanism of apricot germplasm resources.The results are as follows:(1)The total economic value of the national forest germplasm reserve of apricot germplasm resources in Kazuo County in 2017-2041 is 752.585 million yuan.The total ecological value of the national forest germplasm reserve of apricot germplasm resources in Kazuo County was 7.5409 million yuan in 2018.(2)Through the biomass measurement of Siberian apricot,wild apricot and local common apricot in Kazuo county,it was found that Siberian apricot and wild apricot had more ecological value than that in Kazuo county.There are significant differences in fresh weight per plant among Siberian apricot,wild apricot and local common apricot.There are significant differences in dry weight per plant among Siberian apricot,wild apricot and local common apricot,but there is no significant difference between wild apricot and local common apricot.(3)The concentration of negative ions in wild apricot forest is the highest,and then it is Siberian apricot forest,and the open space is the lowest,and the average value of negative ion concentration in three places showed extremely significant level.The highest value of negative ion concentration appears at 18:00,and the lowest value appears from 11:00 to 13:00.By multiple comparing the negative ion concentration at 8:00,14:00 and 18:00,we find that the negative ion concentration of wild apricot forest is significantly higher than that of Siberian apricot forest and open space.(4)Constructing the social value evaluation index system model of the national forest tree germplasm resources preservation bank of Kazuo County,includes 1 target layer,4comprehensive evaluation layers,and 12 factor evaluation layers.Through the expert scoring method and fuzzy math five-point system,it is concluded that the social value evaluation of the national forest tree germplasm resources storage bank of Kazuo County is “better”. |
