Robinia pseudoacacia is a multi-purpose tree species,which plays an important ecological,social and economic benefits.The germplasm resources of Robinia pseudoacacia in Daqing mountain forest farm of Fei county,shandong province are rich,but they are faced with low utilization,waste of resources and low ecological benefits.In this paper,combined with the actual application,taking the germplasm resources of Robinia pseudoacacia in Daqing mountain as the research object,the phenological period and phenotypic traits of leaves,flowers and seeds of 52 Robinia pseudoacacia germplasms were tracked and observed,and the growth characteristics of 5a,7a,9a,29a and 41a Robinia pseudoacacia were investigated and analyzed.The seed quality and yield were evaluated from the aspects of Robinia pseudoacacia germplasm,origin,mother tree age,storage period and climatic conditions,in order to provide theoretical basis for the efficient utilization of Robinia pseudoacacia germplasm resources,scientific management and promotion of production efficiency.The main findings are as follows:(1)The phenological period of Robinia pseudoacacia was studied,it was found that the phenological period of different Robinia pseudoacacia germplasms was significantly different,and there was a high correlation between most traits such as germination,leaf expansion,heading and branching.Early germination and early leaf germplasms were Liaoxing 20,Liaoxing 32,Luci 50,Luci 197,early leaf,Luci 40,etc.Early flowering germplasms were Luci 59,Luci 221,early leaf,Liaoxing 76,etc.There were significant differences in leaf expansion,branching and flowering time of Robinia pseudoacacia from different sources.The multiple phenological characteristics of Robinia pseudoacacia in Liaoning were significantly earlier,with 1-6 days difference.(2)There were significant differences in phenotypic traits among 52 Robinia pseudoacacia germplasms.The coefficient of variation of flower traits was larger,and the coefficient of variation of seeds was smaller.The inflorescences of Liaoxing 37 and Jin 3were longer,and the leaves of Meici 15 and Luci 93 were longer,the pods of Luci 166 and Luci 815 were longer than 10 cm,and the seed area of Luci 93 was larger.Among the 15phenotypic traits of Robinia pseudoacacia from different sources,only the leaflet length was significantly different.The leaflet length of Shanxi source was significantly longer than that of other sources.Combined with the phenotypic traits of flowers and leaves and further research and breeding,honey source varieties can be selected from Luci 26,Luci 27,Luci 166and Luci 179,and feed type varieties can be selected from Shanxi Robinia pseudoacacia germplasm.(3)There were significant differences in DBH,tree height and volume growth of 9a Robinia pseudoacacia germplasms.The average DBH(17.98cm)and volume(0.144m~3)of Qingza 6 were larger.There were significant differences in DBH and volume growth among sources.The average DBH,tree height and volume of Shandong source were significantly better than other sources.Fast-growing timber forest varieties can be selected from Luci 1,Luci 166,Luci 200 and Qingza 6.There were significant differences in the growth of Robinia pseudoacacia at different growth stages,but the growth was slow after entering the mature stage,and there was no significant difference between 29a and 41a.The annual average radial growth of young Robinia pseudoacacia was larger,and precipitation significantly affected the radial growth.(4)There were significant differences in seed yield and seed quality of Robinia pseudoacacia from different sources.The yield of Liaoning source and Shanxi source was higher,and the highest yield per plant was Liaoxing 20.The 1000-grain weight of seeds was Liaoning>USA>Shandong>Argentina>Shanxi,and there was no significant difference in germination rate among sources.Age of parent tree had significant effect on seed quality and yield.The seed weight of 9a and 29a was significantly higher than that of 41a.There was no significant difference in seed germination characteristics,but the germination index and vigor index of 9a were significantly higher than those of 41a.The seed yield of different stand ages was 29a>9a>41a>7a>5a,and the seed yield of mature and over-mature stage decreased,which provided a basis for the reconstruction and renewal of Robinia pseudoacacia germplasm resources.There was no significant difference in 1000-grain weight among different storage years,but there were significant differences in moisture content and germination rate.The results showed that the longer the storage time,the lower the water content and germination characteristics of seeds,that is,with the increase of storage time,the quality of seeds gradually decreased,which provided a basis for seed storage,management and utilization. |
