Research Of Pig Effects In The Two Kinds Of Bio-bed System

In order to study the effects of various pad preparation methods on the production performance of fattening pigs,blood biochemical indexes,morbidity,temperature and relative humidity of pig house,harmful gas content in house,sinking thickness of pad,and economic benefits of biological fermentation beds,and compare them with traditional breeding.In this study,120 pigs were selected from 20 to 30 kg of growth and fattening,and were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 4 replications for each group and 10 for each repetition,with the trial period of 60 days.The two fermentation beds made by different methods were fermentation bed 1(dry sprinkling biological fermentation bed shell),fermentation bed 2(wet hair biological fermentation bed)and traditional culture control group.The final weight,average daily gain,feed weight ratio,temperature,relative humidity,ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide content,depth of submergence,morbidity,change of production performance and economic benefits of each fermentation bed test group and the traditional breeding control group were compared uniformly.The test results show that:1.Effect on the production performance of fattening pigsThere were significant differences between the three indexes in the end weight,average daily gain and feed weight ratio among each group(P<0.05).Among them,the average daily gain of fermentation bed 1 is the highest,and the material weight ratio is the lowest.It can be seen that the effect of bio-fermentation bed on the performance of fattening pigs is better than that of traditional pigs,and the performance of dry-spread bio-fermentation bed is better than that of wet-hair bio-fermentation bed.2.Blood indicatorsThe contents of total protein and albumin in fermentation bed 1 were the highest,while the contents of total cholesterol and urea nitrogen in fermentation bed 2 were the lowest(P <0.05).It can be seen that the blood biochemical index of pig raised in biological fermentation bed is better than that of traditional pig raising.3.Environment indexThere was no significant difference in the land surface temperature between the experimental group and the control group.The bed temperature and bed temperature 10 cm were 2 and 1,respectively.The difference was significant(P<0.05).It can be seen that the temperature of the pig house in the bio-fermentation bed is higher than that in the traditional pig house,and the wet-haired bio-fermentation bed has the best effect on raising the temperature of the pig house.The relative humidity of pigsty in each group from high to low was fermentation bed 2 >control group > fermentation bed 1,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The results showed that the wet-haired bio-fermentation bed had the highest humidity in the pigsty,and the dry-sprayed bio-fermentation bed had the lowest humidity in the pigsty.The content of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in pig house was significantly different(P< 0.05).The order of concentration from high to low was control group > fermentation bed2 > fermentation bed 1.It can be seen that the biological fermentation bed technology can reduce the ammonia and hydrogen sulfide content of pigs,and the effect of fermentation bed1 is better than that of fermentation bed 2 in reducing the ammonia and hydrogen sulfidecontent of pigs.4.The disease rateThe incidence rate from high to low was in the control group > fermentation bed 1 >fermentation bed 2.The incidence of control group was 12.5%,the 1 incidence of fermentation bed was 7.5%,and the incidence of fermentation bed 2 was 2.5%.It can be seen that bio-fermentation bed technology can reduce the incidence of pig disease and improve health.The incidence of pig disease in wet-hair bio-fermentation bed is lower than that in dry-spread bio-fermentation bed.5.Litter lossThe material loss thickness of the biological fermentation mattress was 1 > fermentation bed 2,and the material loss thickness of the fermentation bed 1 was 3 cm more than that of the fermentation bed 2.6.Economic benefitThe order of raising cost from high to low is control group > fermentation bed 2>fermentation bed 1.The fermentation bed 1 increased the income by 29.37 yuan compared with the control group each pig,and the fermentation bed 2 increased the income by 14.91 yuan compared with the control group each pig.7.Test conclusionThe wet-haired bio-fermentation bed is better than the wet-haired bio-fermentation bed in terms of production performance,blood index,harmful gas control and cost saving.The wet-haired bio-fermentation bed is better than the dry-haired bio-fermentation bed in terms of heat preservation and morbidity reduction.
