In order to explore the best ratio of compound bio-type seed coating formulation suitable for soybean production,the spring soybean variety Chuandou 16 was used as the material,and the content of ammonium molybdate,phoxim and bacillus was used as three variables.Then design a quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination.Through laboratory experiments and field production experiments,the effects of compound seed coatings on soybean seed vigor and agronomic traits were studied,and the optimal ratio of seed coating agents suitable for soybean was explored.The main results are as follows:(1)Compared with uncoated seeds,the germination potential of coated seeds can be increased by 8.7%-13.0%;the germination rate is increased by 5.0%-8.8%;the germination index can be increased by 3.5%-12.5%;the vigor index is significantly increased compared with the control,the increase is 12.6%-28.3%;the morphological indicators at the end of germination also have a big advantage.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT in different treatments were significantly improved.The CAT activity was significantly different from the control,and the MDA content was decreased by 5.8%-30.0%.It shows that the treatment of soybean seeds with compound biological seed coating can avoid the rapid decrease of seed vigor and the degradation of seed storage materials.(2)The seedling emergence rate of each treatment seed increased by 5%-9.3% compared with uncoated seeds;the dry weight of seedlings increased by 20.3%;the root-shoot ratio and other morphological indicators also showed an advanta ge.It indicated that the compound seed coating agent can promote the emergence of soybean seeds and regulate the growth of seedlings.After the seed coating treatment,the key agronomic indicators such as grain number per plant and grain weight per plant increased greatly,and the actual yield was 5.0%-23.0% higher than that of uncoated seeds.(3)Establish regression equations for different indicators and variables,and perform significant test and correlation test and factor contribution analysis on regr ession equations.The results showed that the effect of seed coating on crop growth and development was mainly in the germination stage and seedling stage,and the degree of influence decreased with time.Seed field emergence was most affected by variables,so the field emergence rate was chosen as the main basis for finding the optimal ratio.(4)The content of ammonium molybdate,phoxim,and bacillus of the seed coating formulation composition is a variable.Taking the seed emergence rate as the experimental result,a quadratic orthogonal rotation regression equation model was established and its reliability was tested by analysis of variance.The order of influence on the results of the three factors is the amount of phoxim(X2)> the amount of Bacillus(X3)> the amount of ammonium molybdate(X1).Statistical analysis showed that the optimal combination of ammonium molybdate,phoxim and Bacillus was: 6.8 g/100 m L of ammonium molybdate,5.0 g/100 m L of phoxim,and 5.0 g/100 m L of Bacillus subtilis.According to this,the seed emergence rate of the seed field is up to 77.3%.(5)The best ratio of bio-composite seed coating agent suitable for soybean production is obtained: ammonium molybdate 6.8g/100 m L,phoxim 5.0g/100 m L,Bacillus subtilis 5.0g/100 m L,polyvinyl alcohol 4g/ 100 m L,chitosan 1.5 g/100 m L,potassium sorbate 0.5 g/100 m L,and carmine 0.6 g/100 m L.
