Two effectual medicaments which are cyhalothrin and tebuconazole used for corn soil insects and Maize Head Smut were filtrate in laboratory experiments,and through the mensuration of associative action of the two medicaments,make certain the proportioning and contents:cyhalothrin is 5%,tebuconazoleid is 0.5%.2. Manufactured 5.5% Cyhalothrin-Tebuconazole FS by researching the influence of pesticide active ingredient,auxiliary reagent and minute amounts of fertilizer in seed coating systematically,then establish the formulation as follow:5% cyhalothrin and 0.5% tebuconazole. And auxiliaries are 3% sodium lauryl sulfate,1% tween-20,0.5% NNO,0.25%xanthangum,4%PVA,4%ethyleneglycol,1%Bentoniteand,0.5% warning coloration essence of roses. Fertilizers include 1%ZnSO4,0.5% MnSO4·H2O,0.25% Ca(NO3)2.3.Ensure the indexes of controlling qualities that contain appearance, mass fraction of virtual components,PH,suspension percentage,screen analysis,viscosity, characteristic of shaping into film,evenness of seed coating, ratio of drop,low temperature stability and stability of hoarding in high temperature by the standard of pesticide in agriculture,characteristic of preparation and practicality of manufacture in enterprise.4.Indoors and filed trial experiments and security mensuration experiments for 5.5% Cyhalothrin·Tebuconazole FS,and security mensurations indicate that it is safe for maize seeding. To control with the ratio of using three different coatings which is 1:30,1:50,1:80. Remedy effect test proved that the preparation can control corn soil insects and Maize Head Smut.The application technology of 5.5% Cyhalothrin·Tebuconazole FS is brought forward.Researches indicated that 5.5%Cyhalothrin·Tebuconazole FS is a seed coating of new type with better effect,few toxin,easily got materials,moderate price. It has an obvious effect on killing insects and fungi.
