In order to select the suitable turfgrass species or varieties for conservatory condition,the warm tolerance and shade tolerance of eight turfgrass species were studied by the compressive evaluation of morphological index,physiological index and molecular index,based on the response of turfgrasses lawn at the level of colony?organization and cell metabolism,molecular expression.The results showed that:1 ? The order of adaptability to the Conservatory : Zoysia matrella‘FC13521'> Cynodon dactylon × C.transvadlensis‘Tifgrand'>Lippia nodiflora‘Kurapia-sh1'> Agrostis stolonifera‘PennA-4'> Zoysia japonica‘Belair'= Eremochloa ophiuroides sp.> Paspalum vaginatum‘Salam'> P.notation‘Argentine'>,Zoysia matrella and Cynodon dactylon × C.transvadlensis was grow best and could be prefer to plant in conservatory,revealing Z.matrella and C.sp.of ‘Tif-grand' are the best speices for conservatory condition.2 ? The results of comprehensive evaluation for turf resistance by fuzzy clustering analysis were consistent with the morphological index.Z.matrella and C.sp.of ‘Tif-grand' was regard as the best speices.Meanwhile,the gene PP2 A and GAPDH marker expression was also indicated the adaptability of turfgrass to conservatory condition.It was similar to the results of morphological appearance and physiologicalquality evaluation.Thus,molecular index could improved turfgrass quantitative evaluation and standard system with the physiological and morphological index.3 ? To study the way of turfgrass' cultivation and maintenance in conservatory,the experiments of five soil ratio were done and the effect of amelioration of the rational application and the using amount of new modifiers were investigated,by examining the appearance quality,turf quality,and continued viability.The results showed that: the improvement The 3rd treatment which was made from soil,sand,peat and Turface MVP in the volume ratio of 4:4:1:2 had improved turfgrass quality to the best,not only soil porosity and permeability of physical properties,but also the overall quality of two kinds of turf-grass.In addition,comparison of different MVP Turface content in the soil effecting turf growth were done,It was found that Turface MVP content of soil and the improvement of grass overall indicators were positively correlated according to proportion3,4,5 results.The optimal usage of Turface MVP can be controlled between 10% to 20%.
