The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the ratio of structural carbohydrates(SC)and nonstructural carbohydrates(NSC)in diets on nutrient digestion, blood parameters and rumen fermentation of Liaoning cashmere goats. This study is divided into two parts.Experiment 1: The trial was designed by single factor randomized trial.25 rabbits(35.8±2.49kg)with good health and good health around 1 year old were randomly divided into 5groups,5 in each group, and the SC/NSC was 0.85.The experimental diets of 1.04,1.28,1.56 and 1.96 were used to study the effects of SC/NSC on growth performance, nutrient digestion and blood related indexes of Liaoning cashmere goats. The test period was 45 days. The results showed that:(1)Growth performance: The daily gain of 1.28 group was significantly higher than 0.85,1.59 and 1.96(P<0.01),which was significantly higher than 1.05(P<0.05);the weight ratio of 1.28 was significantly lower. In the 0.85 and 1.96 groups(P<0.01),significantly lower than the 1.05 and 1.59 groups(P<0.05).(2)Main nutrient digestibility:DM digestion in groups of 0.85,1.05 and 1.28 was significantly higher than 1.96(P<0.05),and DM digestibility in 0.85 group was significantly higher than 1.96(P<0.05).The OM intake of 1.28 group was significantly higher than 1.96 group(P<0.05),the OM digestion of0.85,1.05 and 1.28 groups was significantly higher than 1.96 group(P<0.01),and the OM digestibility of 0.85 and 1.05 group was significantly higher than 1.96 group.(P<0.01),the0.85 group was significantly higher than the 1.59 group(P<0.05).The crude protein digestibility of the 0.85 and 1.05 groups was significantly higher than that of the 1.28 and1.59 groups(P<0.05).The crude fat intake and digestion of 1.28 and 1.59 groups were significantly higher than 0.85,1.05 and 1.96(P<0.01).The crude fat digestibility of 1.59 group was significantly higher than 0.85 and 1.96(P<0.01).The food intake and digestion of NDF and ADF increased significantly with the increase of dietary SC ratio(P<0.01).The fecal nitrogen content of the 0.8 and 1.05 groups was significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05);the 1.14 and 1.59 groups of fecal nitrogen/feeding nitrogen were significantly lower than the 0.85 and 1.05 groups.(3)Blood parameters: plasma urea nitrogen was the highest in 1.28 group, significantly higher than 1.96 group(P<0.05);0.85 groupinsulin was significantly higher than 1.59 group and 1.96 group(P<0.05);0.85 group malondialdehyde(MDA)was significant Higher than 1.28,1.59 and 1.96 groups(P<0.05).Test 2: 15 Liaoning cashmere goats with rumen fistulas of about 3 years old and weighing(50-55 kg)were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group. The diets with SC/NSC of 0.85,1.04,1.28,1.56 and 1.96 were fed separately(same test 1)to study the effect of dietary SC/NSC on rumen fermentation of Liaoning cashmere goats. The pre-feeding period was 10 days and the formal test period was 15 days. The results showed that:(1)p H value and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N): the rumen p H values ??of each group were 6.54,6.62,6.65,6.68,6.73,respectively,and the 0.85 group was significantly lower than1.59 and 1.96(P< 0.01),significantly lower than 1.05 and 1.28 groups(P<0.05),and 1.05 group was significantly lower than 1.96 groups(P<0.05).The concentrations of NH3-N in each group were 16.43,16.34,15.89,15.47 and 12.41 mg/d L,respectively. The concentration of NH3-N in the 1.96 group was the lowest, which was significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.01).(2)Volatile fatty acids(VFA): 0.85 group acetic acid concentration and total VFA concentration were significantly higher than 1.59 and 1.96 groups(P<0.05),1.05 group was significantly higher than 1.96 group(P<0.05);0.85 and 1.05 group propionic acid The concentration was significantly higher than 1.96(P<0.01);the concentration of butyric acid in0.85 and 1.05 was significantly higher than that in 1.96(P<0.05).The molar percentage of0.85 acetic acid was significantly lower than 1.59 and 1.96(P<0.05),and 1.05 and 1.28 were significantly lower than 1.96(P<0.05).Based on the analysis of growth performance, nutrient digestion, metabolism, blood index and rumen fermentation parameters of Liaoning cashmere goats, the growth performance and body health status of Liaoning cashmere goats reached the best state when the diet SC/NSC=1.28.
