Study On The Feeding Value Of Rice Straw To Adult Does Of Liaoning Cashmere Goats

In order to explore the feeding value of rice straw on adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats,the rumen degradation characteristics of rice straw on adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats were studied.Digestibility of adult does Liaoning cashmere goat to rice straw;The effects of feeding rice straw proportion on rumen fermentation environment,growth performance,blood biochemical indexes and economic benefits of adult does Liaoning cashmere goats were studied.Ten adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats with permanent fistula were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,5 does in each group.The degradation rates of dry matter,crude protein,NDF and ADF in rumen of adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats were 44.46%,46.61%,56.05%and 46.24%,respectively.The degradation rates of dry matter,crude protein,NDF and ADF increased with 72 h.Fifteen adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,5 does in each group.The first group was fed base diet,and the second and third groups were fed 10%and 15%rice straw instead of base diet.The digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,NDF and ADF in rice straw was 50.18%,44.76%,46.77%and 44.62%in adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats under the conditions of this experiment.Twelve adult does Liaoning cashmere goats with permanent fistula and similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,3 in each group,and fed with diets of 0,20%,30%and 40%rice straw.The effects of diet on rumen fermentation environment of adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats were determined.The results showed that there was no significant difference in rumen p H and number of protozoa between adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats and those fed with rice straw（P>0.05）.The concentration of NH₃-N increased with the increase of rice straw addition proportion.The content of VFA decreased with the increase of rice straw content.Twenty-eight healthy adult does Liaoning cashmere goats with similar body weight were selected and randomly assigned to 4 groups of 7 does.Effects of diets with rice straw feeding proportion of 0,20%,30%and 40%on growth performance,blood biochemical indexes and economic benefits of adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats.The results showed that when the proportion of rice straw was 20%,the daily weight gain of adult does of Liaoning cashmere goats was significantly higher than that of the groups with the proportion of rice straw 30%and 40%（P<0.05）.When the proportion of rice straw feeding is 20%,the protein synthesis in animal body can be promoted and the content of urea nitrogen in serum can be reduced to improve the efficiency of feed.From the perspective of economic benefits,when the proportion of rice straw feeding is 20%under the experimental conditions,the economic benefits can be maximized.
