Study On The Optimization Of Storage Techincal Parameter Of Pudong-Chicken's Hatching Egg

During hatching egg storage,the internal quality of the eggs will change due to the influence of external environment,while the abilities of resistance to those external environment change are varied based on self characteristics.Currently,there are not much systematic study on observational selection index,storage environment and comprehensive management,and no standard parameters for reference and execution,thus affect the quality preservation and systematic evaluation and development of germplasm resource of Pudong chicken.In order to get more reasonable preservation technology of Pudong chicken egg,this research intends to do optimization analysis and discussion of factors about hatching egg observational selection index,,storage environment and hatching egg disinfection.The main research includes:1.Eggs were random choosed from group 30/45/60/75 weeks old Pudong chicken,each group's 150 eggs were divided into three samples:<56g?56-60g?>60g.The number,fertilization rate and hatching rate of each sample were statistically analyzed.The weigh of the eggs lay by Pudong chicken at 30-75 weeks old are usually between 56-60 g,quite a few > 60 g,difference significant.While the differences of fertilization rate,hatching rate of fertilized eggs and hatching rate of incubation eggs lay by chicken at different weeks age are insignificant.2.Eggs were random choosed from 50-55 weeks old Pudong chicken.According to the color depth,eggs were divided into three samples: dark,between,light.The number,fertilization rate and hatching rate of eachsample were statistically analyzed.The results showed that hatching eggs of Pudong chicken with dark color have better hatching quality,but it cannot be judged that these eggs are better for hatching eggs long term storage.3.Eggs of Pudong chicken were preserved in the environment of 11?or 16 ?,for 10/13/16/19/22 days.Repeat 4 times per condition.The number,fertilization rate and hatching rate of each sample were statistically analyzed.The results showed that hatching eggs of Pudong chicken will be usually stored for 10-22 days,longer storage will decrease the hatching rate.But storage in 11? environment is better 16?.In 16?environment,the storage period should not exceed 13 days.4.Using anaerobic bag making : extremely low/lowest/lower/normal oxygen content of the small preservation environment.Kinds of eggs were placed in the above four kinds of small environment to save 7/14/21 days.The number,fertilization rate and hatching rate of each sample were statistically analyzed.The results showed that gas composition change affect hatching rate.Storage till 21 days,environment with low oxygen levels is better for hatching eggs storage,and difference significant;Storage till 7days,environment with normal oxygen levels is better,difference extremely significant.5.Before storage,the eggs were treated with fumigation,soaking,spraying and so on.Repeat 4 times per condition.The number,fertilization rate and hatching rate of each sample were statistically analyzed.According to the comparison of different disinfection methods,spray disinfection will be first choice for hatching eggs long term storage during hot and humid summer,second will be immersion disinfection,but the difference for different disinfectants are not significant.To sum up,due to the different production planning or preservation requirements,according to the appearance of the egg selection index and the preservation of environmental parameters to manage the eggs to improve production efficiency is helpful.
