| In modern agricultural production,reducing weight and drugs has become the main part of ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy,and also the main direction of agricultural supply-side reform.However,the frequent occurrence of food quality and safety incidents that people rely on for survival not only seriously damages people’s health but also affects consumers’ confidence in fruit quality and safety to some extent.Apple safety issue is the main reason for the frequent farmers violations caused by the pesticide pesticide residue is too high,so ensure that apple is essential in the quality and safety of producers,only apple growers safe medication,medication can guarantee the quality of apple security at source,which in turn enables consumers to buy healthy green apple,improve the international competitiveness of Chinese apple.In reference on the basis of related literature and research,through the farmer behavior theory,information asymmetry theory,field survey method was applied to investigate the 301 apple growers Wafangdian,research in the production of apple growers pesticides and the relationship between the quality and safety of apple,and then from the production source to prevent and avoid having the quality safety problems of the apple.According to the survey data analysis apple growers cognition to pesticide and the application status of pesticide,and from a personal and family characteristics,production and operation characteristics,government regulation,pesticide safety cognition characteristics and uncertainty of five aspects,such as farmers unsafe drugs carried out a statistical analysis on the influencing factors,binary Logistic regression model was constructed to apple growers to measure the influence factors of pesticides behavior analysis.Many factors affect the application behavior of pesticides in apple production.Explore these influencing factors and formulate relevant policies and regulations,so as to achieve the purpose of standardizing the application behavior of farmers.Through analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn: the majority of Wafangdian apple growers are middle-aged and elderly,accounting for 83% of the total sample,and the education level is generally low.Apple growers have long planting years,but the planting scale is small and scattered.64.5% of apple growers have participated in technical training,but only 32.6% have participated in professional cooperatives.Apple growers lack the awareness of pesticide safety,and the application of pesticides also has different degrees of risk.A small number of apple growers had unsafe pesticide application,and 90 out of 301 households had unsafe drug use,accounting for 29.9% of the total sample.Through the model analysis shows that the main factors affecting the farmers in negative effects of age,level of education has a positive effect,plantation age,whether to attend technical training has a positive effect,the government penalties to the positive role,relevant government policies and regulations,the degree of pesticide pollution to the environment,the degree of impact on health,the understanding of the national drug has a positive effect,the climate,the harm of plant diseases and insect pests have a negative effect.According to the conclusion,the following Suggestions are drawn: strengthen publicity and guidance on the safe application of pesticides,and increase investment in rural education;Carry out various forms of agricultural technical training to improve farmers’ apple plantingtechnology;To promote the development of specialized rural cooperatives and improve the organizational level of apple farmers;Improve the awareness of apple growers on the importance of pesticide safety,increase the promotion of green and safe pesticides,and prohibit the application of pesticides banned by countries with high toxicity and residue from entering the market;We will strengthen publicity of relevant policies and regulations,increase penalties for apple’s unsafe production,and actively improve the fruit market. |
