Labrusca flavor(Foxy)is the significitent quality of grape and wine.The aroma compounds are main quantitative traits.With the rapid development of sequencing technology,more and more high-density genetic linkage maps have been constructed.The construction of genetic map is the basis of QTL.In this experiment,we used six grapes varieties from different aroma types and interapecific F1 offsprings(derived from V.labruscana×V.vinifera 'Zhuosexiang' and Vitis vinifera 'Red Globe')as materials,then we screended and identified specific contributed aroma compounds and conducted the inheritance research of aroma compounds.Based on the Whole Genome Resequencing(WGS),we conducted the high-density genetic map of the 'Zhuosexiang' and 'Red Globe',and the QTLs for the traits of some specific contributed aroma compounds.The main results are as follows:1.Aanalyzing of six grape varieties from different aroma types by GC-MS,we found that a total of 51 aroma compounds were identified,including 8 terpenoids,22 esters and 21 other compounds.After comparing,we selected six compounds to quantified,which were Ethanone,1-(4-mehtylphenyl)-,Eugenol,Methyl anthranilate,Benzoic acid,2-amino-,ethyl ester,Ethyl Acetate and Butanoic acid,ethyl ester.The content of the labrusca flavor were significantly higher than that of the Muscat and Neutral grapes.Among six compounds,Ethanone,1-(4-mehtylphenyl)-,Eugenol,Methyl anthranilate,Benzoic acid,2-amino-,ethyl ester and Butanoic acid,ethyl ester were the characteristic aroma components of labrusca flavor by OAV.2.The analysis of five aroma compounds in population 'Zhuosexiang' × 'Red Globe' showed that the distribution range of five aroma compounds in two populations was wide and continuous.Five aroma compounds were quantitative trait.In 'Zhuosexiang' ×'Red Globe',the offspring mean was higher than parent mean in content of Butanoic acid,ethyl ester,while others were not.The variance of Methyl anthranilate and Benzoic acid,2-amino-,ethyl ester were higher than others with high variance.3.Using the Whole Genome Resequencing technology to construct a high-density genetic map of 'Zhuosexiang' × 'Red Globe',the genome was almost covered.The ave-depth of parents were 24 X,26X respectively,whlie offsprings were 4.43 X.A total of 3729635 SNPs were detected between the parents.The SNPs for Bin marker fit for CP and the depth more than 4X were 175,030.The marker which using for conducting high-density genetic map was 3,428.The total high-density genetic map distance was 1568.29 c M and average distance was 0.47 c M in 19 groups.4.A total of 13 QTLs were detected by QTL mapping 'Zhuosexiang' × 'Red Globe' of five aroma substances,including 5 for Ethanone,1-(4-mehtylphenyl)-,3 for Eugenol and Methyl anthranilate,1 for Benzoic acid,2-amino-,ethyl ester and Butanoic acid,ethyl ester.These QTLs were on the 10 linkage groups(LG2,LG3,LG4,LG7,LG8,LG9,LG12,LG13,LG14 and LG18).
