The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different calcium application rates on tomato quality,yield and sucrose metabolism by applying different CaO levels and different calcium application rates in liquid soil tillage,with a view to providing theoretical basis for future production practice.The results are as follows:1.Effects of different calcium application rates on tomato quality,yield and sucrose metabolism under limited root conditions:5 treatments for CaO application,0(T1),300(T2),600(T3),900(T4),1200(T5)kg·hm-2,with no fertilizer applied as a control(CK).The results show that the application of calcium fertilizer reduced plant height,stem diameter and leaf area,but increas leaf chlorophyll content,the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of T2 treatment are the highest,T3 is second.The contents of N,P,K,Ca and Mg mineral elements in T2-T4 treatment are relatively large.Calcium fertilizer can increase the activity of SS and SPS in fruit,and T4 treatment of SS and SPS has the highest activity.The application of calcium fertilizer is beneficial to improve the quality of fruit.The soluble solids and soluble total sugar content of T4 treatment are the highest,which is significantly higher than other treatments,which are 62.3%and 24.4%higher than T1 treatment,respectively.T1 treatment averaged single fruit weight,plot yield and yield per ha are lager.In summary,it can be seen that T4 treatment of SS and SPS activity is relatively high,T4 treatment of fruit quality is relatively good,can be used to produce high-quality tomatoes;T1 treatment yield is high,high-yield cultivation can refer to this fertilization program2.Effects of different calcium application rates on the quality,yield and sucrose metabolism of tomato under nutrient-limited soil:There were 4 treatments for Ca element application,T1:1.00 mmol·L-1,T2:2.00 mmol·L-1,T3:3.00 mmol·L-1,T4:4.00 mmol·L-1,with no fertilizer applied as a control(CK).The results show that different calcium application had no effect on leaf chlorophyll,leaf area and stem diameter.Calcium fertilizer can increase the accumulation of five mineral elements in fruits.During the fruiting period,T4 treated plants of the content of Ca in the stem-leaf and root of is larger than that of CK.The content of Vc in fruits treated with T3 is the highest.The starch content in the fruit is higher and the sucrose content is the lowest.T2 treatment of sucrose and glucose content is relatively high.Calcium fertilizer can reduce the activity of invertase,CK treatment of invertase activity is higher;SS and SPS activity with the application of calcium fertilizer shows an upward trend,T3 treatment of SS activity is the largest.There is a positive correlation between Ca and Mg in stem-leaf,and the correlation coefficient increased with the increase of calcium fertilizer.The content of soil exchange Ca2+and Mg2+shows synergistic effect on the absorption of Ca and Mg elements in stem-leaf.Comprehensive analysis shows that the application of calcium fertilizer has no effect on plant stem diameter,leaf area and leaf chlorophyll content.Calcium fertilizer can improve fruit quality,increase yield and single fruit weight,and reduce the incidence of umbilical cord fruit.Among them,T2 and T3 have higher yield and better quality.Considering the cost of fertilizer input,It is recommended to use the T2 treatment fertilization program.
