| Strawberry plants are short, generally have a large amount of growth on the ground and require high management technology and labor intensity.Today, with the rising labor costs, how to adopt a labor-saving cultivation mode and improve production efficiency is a guarantee for increasing economic efficiency. In order to solve the above problems, the study used elevated cultivation, applied the crude substrate of Shandong Shangdao Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.and the fine matrix of Anhui Runmiao Agricultural Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,planted American varieties Monterey and Sweet Charlie, and carried out the composition of the two substrates. The analysis is combined with the growth of strawberry and related quality indicators to provide theoretical and practical basis for the efficient production of strawberry. In order to ensure the full light and ventilation of the strawberries, this paper uses a layered frame to place the cultivation container on the frame.Choose two kinds of widely used strawberry cultivation methods that are widely used in Anhui:A-shaped cultivation mode and H-type cultivation mode, including design drawings, purchase cultivation tanks and steel materials, and base construction. After the same soil and fertilizer water, pest management, the first batch of mature fruit was successfully obtained.By measuring the leaf photosynthetic index, chlorophyll content and single fruit·weight of strawberry fruit in the mature period of the two cultivation modes, the aspect ratio, soluble sugar, titratable acid, color difference, soluble solids, hardness, and vitamin C of the fruit,we evaluated the germplasm resources.1、The yield of strawberry Monterey planted in A-shaped cultivation frame is 1.8 times of the yield of strawberry Monterey planted by H-type cultivation frame;by comparison, elevated cultivated strawberries can save at least 50%of labor costs compared with ordinary soil-cultivated strawberries, and the labor intensity of workers can be effectively reduced;2、Under the same cultivation substrate, under the same cultivation substrate, the A-type cultivation frame of strawberry Monterey leaves chlorophyll. The average content is 1.13 times of H-type cultivation;the average photosynthetic efficiency of the same variety, the same cultivation substrate, the ripening period A-shaped cultivation frame strawberry Monterey upper and middle cultivation troughs and the strawberry Monterey cultivation trough in the H-type cultivation frame The differences in average photosynthetic efficiency and stomatal conductance of the leaves were not significant. However, the transpiration rate of strawberry Monterey leaves on the H-type cultivation frame was 1.05 times that of the A-shaped cultivation frame, and the difference was significant;the same variety, under the same cultivation substrate, the mature period A-shaped cultivation frame Strawberry Monterey upper and lower cultivation tank.3、The average vitamin C content of the fruit was 1.94 times that of the H-type cultivation frame;the crystalline citric acid was 0.87 times;the soluble sugar was 1.17 times;the single fruit weight was 0.74 times;the aspect ratio was not significant;the soluble solid matter was 0.77 times;the fruit hardness It is 1.24 times.4、Under the same variety of sweet Charlie, under the same cultivated crude substrate, the average vitamin C content of the fruit in the upper and lower cultivation troughs of strawberry sweet Charlie in the mature period A-shaped cultivation frame is the average vitamin C content of the strawberry sweet-growing cultivation trough in the H-type cultivation rack.1.09 times;crystalline citric acid was 0.95 times;soluble sugar was 0.43 times;single fruit weight was 1.48 times;aspect ratio was not different;soluble solids were 1.01 times;fruit firmness was 0.90 times.5、Compared with traditional strawberry cultivation, frame cultivation removes soil-borne diseases, greatly reduces pests and diseases in strawberry production, and reduces the use of pesticides, greatly improving the quality and yield of strawberries.6、At the same time, the three-dimensional cultivation reduces the cost of strawberry management and cultivation and also facilitates the harvesting of strawberries. |
