The purpose of this study was to study the differences of environmental parameters and their correlation in different regions and time of welfare layer houses in summer.This experiment in some hong xuan ecological farm in jiangsu,the research object is equipped with the Dutch plentiful Dutch welfare of laying hens production equipment company as welfare mark layers shed sheds(UFO),6?8,?12:00 PM and 6 PM every day?20:00 measuring temperature,humidity,light intensity within the hen house,NH3,H2S,02,CO2,TSP,PM 10 and PM2.5.The results show that:1.Different time periods have significant influences on temperature,humidity and light intensity(P<0.05).Different regions in the east,north and west have significant effects on light intensity,C02 and NH3(P<0.05).The interaction between different time periods and different regions has significant influence on light intensity(P<0.05).Further analysis showed that the temperature and light intensity from 12:00 to 14:00 were significantly higher than those from 18:00 to 20:00 and 6:00 to 8:00,while the humidity showed an opposite trend.2.In each region,the light intensity of A(A means luminous area,see figure 2,the same below)and B(B means the intersection of luminous area and sunshine area,see figure 2,the same below)is significantly lower than C(P<0.05)(C means sunny area,see figure 2,the same below).NH3 decreases gradually from A to C(P<0.05),while CO2 of A and B is significantly higher than that of C(P<0.05).3.Particulate matter(TSP,PM 10 and PM2.5)was detected in the chicken coop at different time periods and in different regions,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that temperature was positively correlated with light intensity and TSP,and negatively correlated with humidity.Humidity is negatively correlated with light intensity,NH3 and C02.Light intensity was negatively correlated with C02.NH3,C02,PM2.5,PM 10 and TSP are all positively correlated.4.The influence of light on the concentrated laying of layers in this welfare chicken house was significantly higher than that of other environmental parameters.The egg production in the west area with low light intensity in the morning was significantly higher than that in the east and north area.Suggestion:the UFO type introduced into China as welfare laying hens laying hens welfare breeding process,should be the relationship within the hen house environment parameters,especially temperature,light intensity and humidity,the hen house environment quality in a good level,in the long sunshine in summer should be in the north east and increase the sun-shade net in order to reduce the light intensity,uniform district laying hens lay eggs.
