In this study, different biological stress factors in duck environment to detect and investigate their effect on the duck welfare indicators and related immune function. The test Select 280 birds a day-old cherry valley duck brood conducted three weeks.Select two hundred and fifty 21-day-old ducks similar weight were randomly divided into control group A, B, C, D, E five treatment groups.Fifty feathers in each group,and the control group A,group B、C、D、E of different processing, environment clean degree is gradient is excellent,good, medium, poor, very poor. FA value of group B, C, D, E, respectively, compared with the control group A fell by 24%, 75%, 113% and 24% respectively. Every body condition, exercise less, inhibit the benign development of every welfare and health. With the improvement of aquaculture environment clean degree, every welfare level also rises as a whole.
