Effects Of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Inoculation And Trace Element Fertilization On Growth And Accumulation Of Zinc And Selenium In Soybean

Selenium(Se)and Zinc(Zn)are essential nutrients for human.However,the problem of hidden hunger caused by insufficient dietary intake of trace elements,such as Zn and Se has attracted widespread attention.Soybean is a widely cultivated crop in China,which has high nutritional and economic value.Therefore,it is important to biofortify Se and Zn in soybean.The study is aimed to study the effects of inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on plant growth,Zn and Se uptake and accumulation in soybean,providing reference for the application of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in soybean zinc and selenium biofortification.In this study,three strains of AMFs(Claroideoglomus et unicatum.Ce,Funneliformis mosseae.Fm and Rhizophagus intraradices.Ri)and two fertilizers(sodium selenite,zinc sulfate)was applied to soybean grown in lime soil and acidic soil.The fractions of Se in soil,the growth of soybean and the accumulation of Se and Zn in different parts of soybean.The results show that:(1)All three strains of AMF(Fm,Ri,Ce)can form symbiotic mycorrhizal fungi with soybean,and the infection rate can reach 27.12-40.7%.However,the symbiotic ability of different AMFs with soybean is different.In general,AMF can promote soybean growth in calcareous and acidic soils,increase root biomass and yield.Effects of Zn and Se application on soybean yield.(2)Inoculation of AMF(Fm,Ri,Ce)can significantly increase the absorption and enrichment of soybean Zn and Se,and the best effect on the accumulation of Se and Zn in soybean seed by inoculating Fm.The reason is:1AMF and soybean symbiotic internal mycorrhiza can promote the absorption of zinc and selenium by soybean;2 AMF has a significant effect on the content and proportion of zinc and selenium in various forms of soil,which can increase the content of soluble Se and available Zn in soil,thereby promoting root system.Absorption,utilization and transport of Se and Zn.In addition,the inoculation of AMF with the application of exogenous Zn and Se fertilizers,soybean granules Zn and Se have the best strengthening effect.(3)inoculation with AMF increased the contents of Fe,Mg and P nutrients in soybean seeds,while application of Zn and Se decreased the contents of P.(4)Inoculation of AMF have no effect on phytic acid,and application of Zn and Se could reduce phytic acid content and improve nutritional quality of soybean.
