At present, there are few reports on the diagnosis and research of tumor diseases in wild animals in China, and the occurrence of tumor in wild animals is understood rarely. The basis for the diagnosis and prevention of tumor in wild animals was provided by the investigation and morphological study of tumor in wild animals in this study. From 2013 to 2018,this occurrence of tumor diseases in wild animals in two zoos in Inner Mongolia was investigated, and the pathological observation and immunohistochemical staining of tumor tissues collected were made. The investigation results showed that:(1)The total number of wild animals in captivity in Daqingshan Safari park and Ordos zoo was 2,641,with a total of 7 tumor cases detected.Among them,4 out of 846 in the Daqingshan animal park had tumor, with an incidence of 0.47%;3 out of 1795 in the Ordos zoo had tumor, with an incidence of 0.16%;(2)Results of 7 cases of tumor disease in wild animals:A nodular tumor of the pancreas in a raccoon, with typical pancreatic acinar structure, the antibody AE1/AE3,and ?-Catenin were positive, diagnosed as pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma.A nodular tumor in the right renal tissue of a Mouflon sheep, the tumor tissue was cystic in different size and the cystic wall structure was similar to that of renal tubules, the antibody CK7,Vimentin and P63 were positive, and the tumor was diagnosed as the clear cell carcinoma of the kidney. The nodular tumors outside the thoracic entrance and diffuse tumor in the lung in a Manchurian tiger, the tumor has a typical squamous cell carcinoma appearance, the antibody AE1/AE3 and CK5/6 were positive, and the tumor was diagnosed lung squamous cell.Polycystic tumors of liver and lung in an African lion, tumors tissue is cystic in size, cystic wall structure with the bile duct, the antibody AE1/AE3,and Villin were positive,it was diagnosed as the intrahepatic duct cystadenocarcinoma with pulmonary metastasis.Nodular tumor of the left shoulder of the rhesus monkey, tumor cells and bone tissue similar to the smooth muscle cells and the osteosrcoma were seen in tumor tissue, the antibody Vimenntin,Calponin,SMA,Satb2,ki-67,and Caldesmon were positive,it was diagnosed as mixed tumor leiomyosarcoma and osteosarcoma.A small black bear has a systemic nodular tumor, the tumor cells were basically uniform, slightly different sizes of lymphocytes, antibody CD3 positive, the tumor was diagnosed as T-cell lymphoma.Systemic tumor of a lynx, tumor cells are large, with abundant cytoplasm and erythema, and most of them have typical kidney-shaped nuclei, the antibody CD1a,it was diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis.Conclusion:(1)Tumor disease occurred in animals of these two wildlife parks, but the incidence rates were significantly different(0.47%and 0.16%,respectively).(2)The tumors of wild animals in the two wildlife parks were diagnosed as the acinocytic cell carcinoma of the pancreas in raccoons, the clear cell carcinoma of the kidney in Mouflon sheep, the lung squamous cell carcinoma of Manchurian tiger, the intrahepatic duct cystadenocarcinoma of African lion, the leiomyosarcomas and osteosarcomas in rhesus monkey, the T-cell lymphoma of small black bear, and the histiocytosis of Langerhans cell of lynx.
