| This experiment combines the needs of earthworm Breeding enterprise.According to the earthworm feeding habits of the sweet and sour acid,The palatability of earthworm culture substrate is improved by spraying different conditioning agents in earthworm culture substrate,to study the role of conditioning agents in the treatment of fecal contamination and the growth and reproduction of earthworms, and the nutritional components of earthworm vermis were determined and evaluated. The research results are as follows:1.Effects of different base conditioning agents on earthworm utilization and its nutritional components. The results of the study show that:Compared with the control group, the total nitrogen content in treatment group II was the highest(0.58±0.01%),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);The total phosphorus content of group II was 0.81±0.02%,which was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups(P<0.01);The content of total potassium in treatment group I,II and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01);the organic matter of the final material of treatment group Ⅱ was 17.42±0.12%,which was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.01);Both kinds of conditioning agents will make the change of material pH tend to a certain stable range, and the content of total nutrients and crude ash was significantly different by the related indexes(P<0.01);The carbon-nitrogen ratio of the treated group II and other groups. The difference was significant(P<0.05);the environmental temperature and humidity were not related to the change of feed intake in each group at 0.01 level, the highest feed intake was treated in group Ⅰ,and the feed intake in culture was up to 4.38 kg in 60 days. Therefore, spraying molasses can significantly increase the feed intake of earthworms.2.Study on the role of conditioning agents in the growth and reproduction of earthworms. The results show:The long-term spraying of 20%molasses conditioner had destructive effect on earthworm calluses, and affected the hatching rate of earthworm calluses and the vitality of earthworms in calluses. The same concentration of waste milk conditioning agent could significantly improve the growth and reproduction performance of earthworms and the vitality of earthworms in calluses(P<0.01).3.Study on the effect of different base conditioning agents on the nutritional composition of earthworm vermis. The results show that:In this experiment, the crude protein content of vermis in spray conditioning group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the contents of organic matter, total phosphorus, total potassium and crude protein were the highest, and the content of crude protein was 25.78±0.38%. |
