| This test was completed on the basis of in-depth research in the early stage.The wild soybeans from the Chajintai pasture of the Horqin left-wing flag in Inner Mongolia were used as the male parent and the soybean cultivar Dabaimei was artificially crossed for the female parent,resulting in a large number of hybrid progeny.After more than 30 years of careful breeding of its hybrid offspring,more than 60 strains have been obtained.Seven materials were selected as research objects.In this study,four strains(15,27-2-2,3-2-1 brown black and 3-2-1 black beans)and two varieties that have been registered(abbreviated)were selected."S001" and "S002")and wild soybean(CK)are used as controls for the purpose of further breeding new hybrid soybean varieties.Breeding new hybrid varieties that combine the excellent characteristics of wild soybeans and cultivated soybeans and are suitable for promotion in Inner Mongolia will play an important role in accelerating the rotation of grain forage and improving the soil to promote the healthy development of local animal husbandry.The experiment was conducted in 2017 at the Hybrid Soybean Breeding Base of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University in Chajintai Ranch.The agronomic traits,biomass measurement,nutrient composition and dynamic changes of root tumor weight and quantity were measured on seven test materials.All materials were planted on May 13 and planted in a plot with an area of 20 m2,a plant spacing of 30 cm,a row spacing of 60 cm,and three repetitions.Principal component analysis was used to describe the degree of variation between the materials,and the performance and adaptability of the four lines were evaluated.The main findings are as follows:(1)Among the basic morphology of the seven tested materials,the variation of grain shape,seed coat color and umbilical color was the largest,the rate of two pods,three pods,pods,the number of main stems,and the weight per plant.Six traits such as the main stem and the main variability of the seven test materials.The 13 quantitative traits can be reduced to four independent factors.The results of the cluster analysis divided the seven test materials into three categories.(2)The seed yield of the 15th line,the nitrogen-free extract content and the root length of the flowering stage were excellent;the crude ash content of the line 27-2-2 and the hay yield of the group of the pod stage were the highest;3-2-1 The brown fat line has the highest crude fat content and nodule dry weight;the 3-2-1 black bean line has the highest effective nodule number.(3)15 As a breeding target for new varieties,lines 15 and 27-2-2 are higher in seed yield and biomass,and 3-2-1 brown black and 3-2-1 black bean lines are in nutrient composition and The number of nodules is higher,which is significantly higher than that of S001,S002 and wild soybeans.The yield increase effect is obvious,the production performance is excellent,the adaptability is strong,and it is hopeful to cultivate new hybrid varieties of grain and grass. |
