| In this experiment,the experiment was carried out by using soybean as the female parent and semi wild soybean 501 as male parent in this experiment.The semi wild soybean 501 is a semi wild soybean which has been cultivated as the female parent and the Xiyang wild soybean as the male parent.In this experiment,501 groups of hybrid progeny and their parents of Shanxi Province were planted in 2014,2015 and in the year of 125,with a total of 123 samples.And use EXCEL and SPSS software on the plant weight,plant height,stem diameter,height,node number,pod number of effective branches and pods of main stem,number of pods,pods,two pods,three pods,four pods,flat pods,total pod number,herbivory number and 100 grain weight,grain weight,fat content and protein content of 19 phenotypic traits were phenotypic variance analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.At the same time,40 pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of hybrid progenies.Experimental results show:1 By comparing the male and female parents and the hybrid offspring,it was found that almost all the characters of the hybrid progenies had a greater degree of variation.Which produced one of the four Pods without prior traits.2 Through the analysis of the correlation between the 19 phenotypic traits of the parents and the hybrid progenies,we found that there was a certain correlation between the phenotypic traits of soybean.Among them,there were 99 pairs of phenotypic traits,which were significantly different between the two groups,and there were significant differences between the 22 characters in the phenotype.3 By means of principal component analysis of the 19 phenotypic traits,the results showed that the phenotypic traits of soybean were finally integrated into the three principal components,which could be further classified into the traits related to soybean yield and the number of pods per plant.4 Through the cluster analysis of the 123 materials,the results showed that the 123 materials were clustered into the following four groups.Among them,the group one and group four were close to their parents,and group two was similar to the wild soybean in Xiyang.The group was better than the male parent and the female parent,and could be used as an excellent breeding material in the group of three.5 By using 40 pairs of SSR primers to amplify the 123 materials,a total of 24 polymorphic primers were screened.A total of 71 alleles were detected by the analysis of genetic diversity,and the average number of alleles was detected in each of the markers,indicating that there were abundant variations in the progenies of the hybrids. |
