The rapid development of forest tourism has plagued the lack of development on forest tourism landscape products.Due to the dominant position of vision, most of the forest park tourism products' research are from a visual point of view, ignoring the feelings of other sensory organs such as smell and hearing. The scent landscape of the forest park is an important part of the forest tourism landscape. The development of the scent landscape resources can not only solve the current situation of insufficient innovation and the serious homogenization of forest park landscape products, but also effectively use the olfactory system of tourists to create a multi-dimensional park landscape product for every tourist. At the same time,in view of the lack of cultural connotation in the forest park, the scent culture related to the scent landscape can inject the soul of culture into the scent landscape and solve the problem of the uncultured foundation of the forest park. However, how to effectively screen the scent landscape elements, find out the most important elements in the forest park to design key products, and then create a forest park scent landscape product that can satisfy the tourists is the important research of the forest park scent landscape. After reading relevant literature and visiting related field, the paper analyzes the scent landscape elements involved in the forest park according to the ecological theory, then uses the gray statistical theory to screen the indicators. After constructing the grey-whitening weight function, calculating the grey decision coefficients and get the decision vectors. Finally, obtaining the fragrant landscape evaluation indexes of forest park which contain four categories and 15 index elements. Then using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the forest park scent landscape index evaluation system, and finally obtain the weight distribution of each indicator, founding that the weight of plant flowers scent is the highest. Finally, use the fuzzy evaluation method to construct a comprehensive evaluation model.Taking the Wuying National Forest Park in Yichun as a case study, this paper investigates the evaluation level of tourists' perception of the scenic elements in Wuying National Forest Park by means of questionnaires and 5-point Richter scale. After the statistical analysis of the survey data, analysis the confidence level of the questionnaire, and analysis the personal attributes of visitors to the forest park. Then, use the comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the fragrant landscape elements of Wuying National Forest Park. The results show that the overall evaluation of the park scent landscape is very good at level 5.In the criterion level, the plant element in the criterion layer is very good at level 5;the non-biological element is level 4;the animal element and artificial element are general at level. There are four level 5 indicator factors, six level 4 indicator factors, four level 3 indicator factors and one level 2 indicator factor in the indicator layer.Among them, the index factor of 4 or above accounts for 2/3,which indicates that most of the park's scent landscape can give visitors a good sense of smell.Based on the IPA analysis of the comprehensive evaluation results, use the life cycle theory of tourism products to put forward the short, medium and long-term development stage, and propose the contents of product development in five aspects of landscape, accommodation, festivals, activities and souvenirs. The evaluation of the forest park's scent landscape helps the park management department to identify key indicators of the park's scent landscape elements, well the product design plan proposed on the evaluation results provides ideas for the subsequent scent landscape product design.
