| Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic chicken industry and the existing problems affecting the development of poultry industry,according to the actual situation of Hubei Jingzhou Yu Kou poultry Industry Co.,Ltd,the existing ventilation system of Hubei Jingzhou Yu Kou Co.,Ltd.is based on the original ventilation system,and through the measured temperature data,This paper optimizes the distribution of a temperature sensor in chicken house,introduces a data acquisition technique of remote monitoring temperature sensor,and introduces an algorithm of fusing the data of multi temperature sensor with the optimal weighting method,and then controls the chicken house environment according to the temperature data after fusion.At the driving end,the inverter is used to control the speed of the fan,which improves the control efficiency.At the same time,design a set of environmental control system based on SCM,the core of the design is to STC12C5A60S2 single chip computer,MQ137 ammonia sensor,TGS4161 carbon dioxide sensor and DS18B20 temperature sensor as the detecting element,Taking the system of VFD037F23 type inverter and SH-1350 fan as the driving unit,the data index measured by the single chip microcomputer analysis sensor is used to control many sets of inverter through the serial port of single chip microcomputer.In this paper,the software program of the control system is debugged,the correctness of the software program is verified,and the basic requirements of the system are realized.The results show that the system has the advantages of simple wiring,low cost,convenient operation,simple operating,high reliability and expansibility. |
