In order to improve the yield and quality of fruits and promote agricultural mechanization and intelligent production management,the planting mode of fruit trees is undergoing profound changes,and "high spindle" is a new planting mode.The existing orchard sprayer cannot meet the requirement of the plant protection of new gardens.Therefore,it is crucial significance to develop a new type of air-assisted orchard sprayer adapted to the "high spindle" planting mode.The current situation were compared between the domestic and foreign air-assisted orchard sprayer.The advanced pesticide spraying technology of the domestic and foreign orchard sprayer was introduced.Aiming at the problems of poor target performance,serious loss of pesticides and low utilization efficiency of pesticides of traditional pesticide applicators under "high spindle" planting mode,a new type of air-assisted orchard sprayer adapted to the "high spindle" planting mode was developed.The main contents were as follows:A design scheme of high precision and high efficiency air dispenser which can satisfy the high spindle planting mode is proposed.The design of air delivery system,spray system,chassis and control system has been completed.This project uses SolidWorks 3D software to complete the selection and parameterize modeling of the key parts of the air delivery system,spray system and chassis of the chassis,and virtual assembly of the three dimensional models of the components.The assembly results prove that there is no interference between the components and the design of the dispenser is reasonable.Finite element software such as GAMBIT and FLUENT were used to complete the simulation of internal and external flow field of fan nozzle and axial fan.The simulation results show that the fan nozzle can meet the nozzle design requirements in the spray system design.The simulation of the air supply process of the axial-flow fan is carried out,and the cross-section is constructed at the position of 600 mm from the outlet in the simulation software.According to the cross-section wind speed,it is proved that the selected axial-flow fan meets the design requirements,and the simulation results verify the rationality of themechanical design.According to the drawings,the prototype of the trailed air-assisted pesticide applicator under the high spindle planting mode was manufactured.To ensure the realization of the control system design,a new camera adjustable bracket is designed,which can install and fix two cameras.The camera adjustable bracket can adjust the distance between two cameras and the height of the camera.The serial communication protocol of the dispenser is designed.It is proved that the control system can not only identify the problems of leaf diseases and pests,but also judge the uniformity of the spraying machine.
