JuJube Tree is one of the important cultivated fruit trees in Anhui province.The fhuit is crisp and sweet in meat,rich in nutrition and high in economic value.JuJube cultivation has the advantages of early fruit and high benefit,and the planting scale is also expanding year by year.In the summer and autumn of Anhui Province,high temperature and rain,high cracked fruit rate of jujube and serious economic loss under the open-area cultivation mode.According to relevant research reports,the model of rain-shelter cultivation can significantly reduce the rate of jujube cracked fruit and improve the quality of fruit.At present,the area of rain-shelter cultivation mode of JuJube tree in our province has been enlarged year by year,but the study on the effect of rain-shelter cultivation on jujube photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality has not been reported.In this experiment,two fresh jujube varieties,jujube and winter jujube were studied to study the effects of two cultivation modes of open and rain on the photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll content,fruit sitting rate,cracked fruit rate and fruit quality of jujube leaves respectively,and through the analysis of experimental data,the photosynthetic characteristics of the jujube and the cultivation patterns were compared,respectively.With the influence of fruit quality and economic benefit the most suitable cultivation mode of jujube in Anhui area is studied,which provides theoretical and practical basis for jujube cultivation to achieve high quality and high efficiency goal.The main findings are as follows:1.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of jujube under rain shelter and open field cultivation showed a double peak curve.The Pn value of the jujube(2.88?mol·m-2)under the rain shelter cultivation mode was lower than the Pn value of the jujube under the open cultivation mode(3.1?mol·m-2),and the Pn value of the winter jujube under the rain shelter cultivation mode(2.89).Molmol·m-2)<Pn value of winter jujube(3.61?mol·m-2)under open field cultivation mode,whiel the differences between the two were significant.The variation trend of stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)was positively correlated with the variation trend of net photosynthetic rate,and the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci)was negatively correlated with the variation trend of net photosynthetic rate,and the difference between them was significant.2.There is a certain difference in chlorophyll content of jujube trees under rain shelter cultivation mode and open field cultivation mode.The total chlorophyll content of golden silk jujube(18.426 mg·g-l)was higher than that of open field cultivation mode(11.515 mg·g-1),and there were significant differences between them.The content of chlorophyll a/b in golden silk jujube and winter jujube under rain-sheltered cultivation mode was lower than that in open-field cultivation mode,and the difference between them was significant.3.There are some differences in fruit quality under rain shelter cultivation mode and open field cultivation mode.The contents of soluble sugar,vitamin C and sugar-acid ratio of golden silk jujube and winter jujube in rain-sheltered cultivation Inode were significantly higher than those in open field cultivation mode.The contents of soluble solid and titratable acid were all lower than those in the open-field cultivation mode,but the soluble solid content differences were not significant,and the titratable acid content differences between them were significant.4.There are also some differences in the rate of fruit cracking and the rate of fruit set under the rain sheletr cultivation mode and the open field cultivation mode.The fruit set rate(1.63%)of Jinsi jujube and the fruit set rate of winter jujube(1.31%)were higher than the fruit set rate(1.52%)and the fruit set rate of winter jujube(1.18%).However,the difference between the two is not significant;the rate of fruit cracking is lower than that of open field cultivation.The fruit cracking rate of jujube(12.46%)and the fruit cracking rate of winter jujube(13.21%)are lower than those of open field cultivation mode.The fruit cracking rate of jujube(63.84%)and the fruit cracking rate of winter jujube(43.28%)were significantly different.5.The yield per mu and total income of jujube trees under the rain sheletr cultivation mode and the open field cultivation mode are also different.Under the rain sheletr cultivation mode,the yield per mu(550kg/mu)of jujube and the yield per mu(620kg/mu)of winter jujube were higher than the yield per mu(470kg/mu)of jujube in open field cultivation mode and the yield per mu of jujube(550kg/mu).under the rain sheletr cultivation mode,the total income of Jinsi jujube(10100 yuan/mu)and the total income of winter jujube(9700 yuan/mu)were higher than the total income of Jinsi jujube(5300 yuan/mu)and winter jujube under open shelter cultivation mode.Total income(4,150 yuan/mu).6.By coInparing the photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll content,fruit quality,fruit cracking rate,fruit setting rate and the per mu yield and total benefit of jujube trees under the two cultivation modes of rain shelter and open field,it is concluded that the rain shelter cultivation mode is superior to the open field cultivation mode,which is suitable for the large-scale promotion and application of jujube trees in our province.
