Zizyphus jujuba Mill belongs to Zizyphus Mill plant of Rhamnaceae, originated in China, which has a long history of cultivation, wide distribution and strong resistance. It is an important fruit species. In this paper, we took these five jujube varieties---Israeli jujube1, Israeli jujube2, Israeli jujube3, Autumn crisp jujube, Dried persimmon jujube as materials, measured the photosynthetic parameters of four aspects---five jujube varieties, Autumn crisp jujube of inside and outside the greenhouse, different jujube branch, jujube source with Li-6400portable photosynthesis analyzer. Thus we could provide the theoretical reference about the photosynthesis for the South jujube germplasm excavations, excellent breeding and efficient cultivation and so on.Conclusions are as follows:1.In five jujube varieties, The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Autumn crisp jujube is realized by " bimodal " curve, the first peak reached9:00,15:00to the second peak.and the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of other jujube varieties are realized by "unimodal" curve, peaked at around9:00.of which Israeli jujube1have stronger photosynthetic performance. The diurnal variation curves of Intercellular carbon dioxide concentration (Ci) almost has the same trend, all showed in irregular curve "W" type, Ls trends negative correlated, showed in irregular curve "M" type, the diurnal variation curves of Stomatal conductance of Autumn crisp jujube appeared in "bimodal " type, other jujube varieties are realized by "unimodal" curve, Israeli jujube1has the biggest daily average of Stomatal conductance. The transpiration rate and water use efficiency of the" diurnal "variation curves of Israeli jujube1, Israeli jujube2, Israeli jujube3and Dried persimmon jujube showed in unimodal, while Autumn crisp jujube is"bimodal". The diurnal variation curves of water use efficiency of different jujube branch leaves is irregular "V" type, Autumn crisp jujube have stronger water-resistance and drought-resistance.2.Under different cultivation patterns, the diurnal variation of Pn and Tr of Autumn crisp jujube is realized by " unimodal" curve, the diurnal variation of WUE is realized by irregular "V" type, and it have stronger photosynthetic performance, water-resistance and drought-resistance. the diurnal variation of Ci of Autumn crisp jujube in greenhouse is realized by irregular "V" type, and out greenhouse is irregular "W", the diurnal variation of Ls present with inverted "V" type in greenhouse, and present with "M" type. the diurnal variation of Cond is realized by" unimodal" curve.3. the diurnal variation of Pn and Tr of different types of branch is realized by " unimodal " curve, the diurnal variation of WUE is realized by irregular "V" type, the woody jujube branch have stronger photosynthetic performance, but the non-woody jujube branch have stronger water-resistance and drought-resistance. the diurnal variation of Ci is realized by irregular "W" type of two types of branch, the diurnal variation of Ls is realized by irregular "M" type, the diurnal variation of Cond is realized by " unimodal " curve.4. the diurnal variation of Pn and Tr of different jujube source is realized by " unimodal " curve, the diurnal variation of WUE is realized by irregular "V" type, the free-fruit leaves have stronger photosynthetic performance, but the fruit leaves jujube branch have stronger water-resistance and drought-resistance. the diurnal variation of Ci is realized by irregular "W" type of different sources, the diurnal variation of Ls is realized by irregular "M" type, the diurnal variation of Cond is realized by " unimodal " curve.
