The Dynamin family protein is a protein widely present in living organisms, and mainly contains DRP(Dynamin Related Protein)and DLPs(Dynamin Like Protein)proteins.Dynamin protein is involved in physiological and pathological activities in many organisms, including endocytosis and vesicle trafficking.Recent studies have shown that knockdown of Dynamin expression inhibits plant virus infection or replication, while rice stripe virus(RSV)caused by rice stripe disease is one of the important diseases of rice, known as "Cancer" on rice.To investigate whether Dynamin protein is involved in RSV infection in rice,we predicted 15 Dynamin-related proteins in rice, and obtained the transgenic mutant lines using the CRISPR/CAS9 gene editing method.Make different levels of editing. Then,in this experiment, five genes were selected to observe their subcellular localization in N.benthamiana.The results showed that some genes were dotted and may exist in specific organelles;the other part was distributed in the cytoplasm of cells. This study laid the foundation for further study of the interaction between DRP protein and RSV virus in rice.
