The ring-tailed lemur is both an important ornamental animal and an endangered animal. At present, the research on the physiological ecology of the ring-tailed lemur mainly focuses on behavior and reproduction, but the hematology research is absent.Incomplete data on hematology will bring serious difficulties to the diagnosis and treatment of ring-tailed lemur diseases. This experiment used Hefei wild zoo ring-tailed lemur as the research object, blood collection in different seasons, analysis of blood routine, blood biochemistry, blood gas, serum immunoglobulin and other indicators to study different gender, age and season ring-tailed lemur The differences between hematological indicators provide a basic data reference for subsequent in-depth research and veterinary workers' disease prevention. The main findings are as follows:(1)Changes in blood routine of ring-tailed lemurs of different genders, ages and seasonsThere were no significant differences in blood routine parameters between female and male ring-tailed lemurs(P>0.05).The WBC of the ring-tailed lemur infant group was significantly higher than that of the adult group(P<0.05);the WBC and LYMPH%in the infant group were significantly higher than the aged group(P<0.05);the EO%and RDW-CV in the infant group were significantly lower than the adult group(P<0.05);RBC,HGB,HCT,EO%,and RDW-CV were significantly lower in the infant group than in the aged group(P<0.05).The RBC,HGB,PLT,LYMPH,OTHR and EO of ring-tailed lemurs were significantly higher than those of summer(P<0.05);HGB,HCT and MCV were significantly lower than that of autumn(P<0.05),and HGB and HCT were significantly lower than winter(P<0.05);summer LYMPH%was significantly higher than autumn and winter(P<0.05);summer HGB,HCT,LYMPH,OTHR,EO were significantly lower than autumn and winter(P<0.05).(2)Changes in blood biochemistry of ring-tailed lemurs of different genders, ages and seasonsThere were no significant differences in serum biochemical parameters between female and male ring-tailed lemurs(P>0.05).CHO in infant group was significantly higher than that in adult and aged group(P<0.05);Ca in infant and adult group was significantly higher than that in aged group(P<0.05);TG in infant group was significantly higher than that in aged group(P<0.05).The spring UREA was significantly higher than other seasons(P<0.05),ALB was significantly higher than summer and winter(P<0.05);autumn ALP was significantly higher than summer(P<0.05),and TG was significantly higher than winter(P<0.05).(3)Changes in blood gas and related indicators of ring-tailed lemurs of different genders, age groups and seasonsThere were no significant differences in blood gas indexes between the female and male ring-tailed lemurs(P>0.05).Na+,pH,HCO3-,BE in the infant group were significantly lower than those in the aged group(P<0.05),and Na+was significantly lower than that in the adult group(P<0.05).spring pH was significantly lower than summer and winter(P<0.05).(4)Changes in Ig A,Ig G,Ig M of ring-tailed lemurs of different genders, ages and seasonsThere was no significant difference in Ig A,Ig G,Ig M content between female and male ring-tailed lemurs(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in Ig A,Ig G,and Ig M levels between infant, adult, and aged groups(P>0.05).Ig A,Ig G and Ig M were significantly higher in spring, summer and winter(P<0.05).Ig A,Ig G and Ig M in summer blood were significantly higher than those in spring and winter(P<0.05).Conclusions:There were no significant differences in blood routine, blood biochemistry, blood gas and immunoglobulin indexes among ring-tailed lemurs of different genders. There were significant differences in blood routine and blood biochemical indexes among ring-tailed lemurs at different ages. The differences in blood gas and immunoglobulin indexes were not obvious. There were significant differences in blood routine, blood biochemistry, blood gas and immunoglobulin indexes among ring-tailed lemurs in different seasons...
