Water resource is the necessary condition of agricultural development,irrigation is the basic condition of agricultural development,no irrigation,no agriculture.China is a large country with water shortage,especially in the central and western regions.In China,agriculture is the first major water user,with a large proportion of agricultural water and low water use efficiency,which has caused serious water resource shortage and seriously affected China's food security and farmers' income.Bayannur city is one of the main grain producing areas in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.Due to its deep inland,bayannur city has special natural conditions,dry climate and low rainfall,which makes it an area with severe water shortage.Therefore,strict management of water resources must be realized in the agricultural production of this region,large-scale water-saving transformation of existing irrigated areas should be developed,agricultural water-saving irrigation should be developed,and the water-saving potential of existing irrigated areas should be explored.At the same time,suitable and available water resources can be developed in the existing areas.Only in this way can the irrigation area of the existing farmland be expanded,the unit output of crops in this area be increased,the comprehensive agricultural production capacity and the ability to resist natural disasters be enhanced,and the steady development of agricultural production be achieved.In this paper,shuanghe town,linhe district,bayannur city was taken as the research area.Through an in-depth investigation on the planting situation of crops in jiuzhuang agricultural comprehensive park,Inner Mongolia,the planting cost and income of wheat under different irrigation modes in 2018 were compared and analyzed,and the yield increase effect of different irrigation modes was calculated.The results showed that drip irrigation under membrane had significant effect on increasing yield and income.Through research,it is found that the following problems still exist in the development of modern water-saving irrigation agriculture in this region.Secondly,the soil and environment are threatened by the serious salinization of the land irrigated by Yellow River diversion.Third,agricultural irrigation and water conservancy facilities arc backward,there is not a sound management system;Fourth,the high cost of efficient water-saving irrigation affects farmers' income;And put forward the following countermeasures and Suggestions accordingly,must first increase farmers water-saving awareness,to develop agricultural efficient water saving compensation mechanism,then adjust measures to local conditions to promote the membrane under drip irrigation methods,to reduce the risk of long-term were as far as possible,and then improve the management system and update maintenance of irrigation and water conservancy construction,and finally to enhance investment in water saving irrigation,help to increase farmers' income.Hope to be able to provide reference Suggestions for the future agricultural planting layout in this area.
