Benefit Analysis And Promotion Research Of Water-saving Irrigation Technology For Pear Orchard In Handan Plain Area

Handan is one of the areas with severe water shortage,and the plain area as the main producing area,the water resources shortage restricts the development of the local pear orchard seriously.At present,it is of great significance to protect the local water resources,improve the economic benefits of the pear and promote the economic and social development by the popularization and application of the pear orchard’s water saving irrigation technology under the background of the government to implement the efficient water saving irrigation technology.Based on the current situation of domestic and international research on water saving irrigation,this paper chooses the Wei County and Linzhang County of Handan as the sample area,and uses the questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis and key information person interviews to analyze the present situation of water saving irrigation in pear orchard and the economic benefits、the social benefits and the ecological benefits.By analysis of the sample area’s water-saving irrigation technology to promote the existing problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.1.The sampling survey shows that irrigation methods of pear gardens in plain areas in H andan City mainly include double-side ditch irrigation,broad irrigation,regulated deficit irrig ation,alternate partial root zone irrigation,trickle irrigation and small tube flow irrigation am ong which double-side ditch irrigation and broad irrigation take the highest percentage of 33.75% and 27.50% respectively;irrigation water used in sample pear gardens is mostly groundw ater;Information of water-saving irrigation mainly comes from television,broadcast,relati ves and friends.If growers use their own money,only 12.5% of them are willing to adopt wat er-saving irrigation.2.The analysis is made from the four aspects of the water-saving and energy-saving、the labour-saving、the land-saving and the yield increase.And if the sample area of the pear orchard all uses the the small tube flow irrigation,it can saving annual fee with the reducing soil of the pear orchard and the labour-saving,the saving costs of Weixian reaches to 1.3596 Billion,and the Linzhang County reaches to 277.7 million yuan,so as to promote the ecological efficiency、the social performance and the economic efficiency.3.The popularization of water-saving irrigation technology in sample area exists four major issues: insufficient propaganda;defectiveness in water resources management system;lack of capital investment;reconstruction of light pipe,and equipment damage is serious.4.In order to solve the problems existed in the promotion of water-saving irrigation of the pear orchard,four countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of water-saving irrigation in the plain area of Handan City: strengthen the efforts on publicity;improve the economical water-saving system;establish the financing mechanism and improve the after-sales service system.
