This test aims to develop a climate-tolerant nutritional block and test its performance in practical applications.Specifically,the effect of the addition amount of salt,a-starch and urea-formaldehyde resin on the specific gravity,crushing strength and deliquescence rate of the blocks.On this basis,the optimal formula was screened to study its effects on growth performance,antioxidant activity and trace elements in blood.The test is divided into two parts:1.The effect of different salt and binder on the physical properties of blocks.The test was carried out in 3 parts:(1)Test 1:The effect of different salt addition levels on the quality parameters of the blocks,the salt addition levels were 45%,55%,65%,75%;(2)Test 2:Different a-starch The effect of the addition level on the quality parameters of the block,the addition level of a-starch is 1%,2%,3%,4%;(3)Test 3:the effect of different urea-formaldehyde resin addition level on the quality parameters of the block,urea formaldehyde The levels of addition of the resin were 1%,2%,3%,and 4%,respectively.Ten blocks were made for each added level in each test,of which 5 blocks were used for the determination of crushing strength,and 5 blocks were used for the determination of deliquescence rate after soaking.In addition,slabs are also used for specific gravity determination.The data obtained were based on a completely randomized group design,and SARS 9.0 was used for analysis of variance.When P<0.05,the difference was significant.The results showed that salt,a-starch and urea-formaldehyde resin had significant effects on the specific gravity,crushing strength and deliquescence rate of the block.In the three tests,when the addition amounts of salt,?-starch and urea-formaldehyde resin were 65%,1-2%and 1%,respectively,the quality parameters of the blocks were the best.2.The effect of supplemental feeding of glutinous blocks on the growth performance of sheep.Ten small-tailed Han sheep were divided into control group and experimental group.The body weight gain,feed-to-meat ratio,average daily water consumption and iron(Fe),manganese(Mn)and zinc(Zn)in the blood were measured.Copper(Cu),iodine(I),cobalt(Co),selenium(Se)and antioxidant capacity.The experiment is divided into three parts:(1)the effect of nutrient blocks on the growth performance of sheep;(2)the effect of nutritious blocks on the minerals in the blood of fattening sheep;and(3)the effect of nutritious blocks on the antioxidant capacity of sheep.The results showed that supplemented with nutrient blocks can significantly increase the body weight gain,feed-to-meat ratio and average daily water consumption(P<0.05),significantly increase the content of Zn,Mn and I in blood(P<0.05),significantly improve The content of SOD and GSH-Px in the blood.It shows that supplemental feeding of glutinous block can improve the growth performance,trace element content and antioxidant capacity of the sheep to a certain extent.
