| There are several disadvantages in the human resource management of most small and medium-sized private enterprises which is in the early stages of development.For example,low level of management capability,not strong in science,not perfect in the flow of talent mechanism,lack of vitality in human resources,cannot fully adapt to the needs of market competition.The reform of human resource management has always been a core issue of this kind of enterprise reform.The competition of enterprises is the competition of talents,if enterprises want to compete in the fierce competition to achieve lasting competitiveness,the most important thing is to rely on high-quality workers.Enterprises have high-quality and relatively stable human resources or not can determine the survival and development of enterprises.This paper is based on the related theories of human resource management,select the KM Group as research object and use the methods of literature research,field investigation,induction and deduction.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the human resource management of KM Group in order to put forward the strategies and suggestions constructively to improve their ability of human resource management.After years of development,KM Group has made great achievements,but it is still in the traditional personnel management stage.The analysis shows that the group does not attach importance to human resources management and lacks scientific human resources strategic planning,which results in the imperfection of recruitment,training and salary incentive system.With the continuous expansion of the scale of the group’s human resources,this management mode can no longer meet the needs of the group’s development.How KM Group bases itself on the current situation and transforms the enterprise from the current low-level and extensive management mode into a modern and high-level private enterprise is related to the sustainable development of the enterprise.The key to solve this problem lies in improving its human resource management ability and establishing a modern human resource management system in line with KM Group’s own reality.Based on the field investigation and research of KM Group and the related theories of human resource management ability,this paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of human resource management of KM Group,and combines the theory and achievements of high performance human resource management to solve these problems and improve the measures,so as to enhance its human resource management ability,so as to achieve the most benefits and effectiveness of human resources.For KM Group’s human resources management ability to enhance the countermeasures,briefly summarized as follows:Firstly,it is necessary to change the management concept of the company.Secondly,KM Group will need establish an independent human resource management Department,improving the ability quality and management level of the human resource management personnel effectively.Lastly,the human resource management of KM Group should revolve around strategic planning.In the way of management,realize the transformation from extensive management to fine management.advance theory and successful experience in the introduction of advanced enterprise human resource management.Adjust and improve the structure of the modules in the human resources planning system of the KM group.And focus on the construction and improvement of talent recruitment,staff training,performance management,compensation management systems. |
