| In this paper,high energy consumption,low productivity and low quality of shredded straw are studied.To improve the working performance of straw crusher,the existing structure of the crusher,straw processing mode and main working parameters affecting the crushing performance were analyzed and studied,the key device structure in the crushing test device was determined,the test component was selected,and the structural parameters of the feeding device,crushing device and power test device were designed.A corn straw crushing test device with low energy consumption and high kneading rate was set up.The main evaluation indexes are the electricity consumption per ton,the filamination rate of straw and the unit calibrated power productivity.With chain of spindle speed,feed speed and the single feeding quality as test factors,straw is the performance of single factor test and orthogonal test,by analyzing the calculation results by straw is the optimal working parameters test device for:spindle speed 1800 r/min,feeding speed 0.6 m/s,a single feed 1.1 kg experimental results it is best quality,and higher than the agriculture industry standards. |
