this context,we use forest medicine,environmental psychology,forest ecological aesthetics,forest sustainable development theory,Buddhist health theory and hot spring health theory as the guidance,combined with the current situation of the Fuji National Forest Park,one is The forest health conservation suitability of the Fuji National Forest Park was evaluated,and the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process were used to evaluate the five aspects of national policy background,natural geographical conditions,infrastructure conditions,environmental quality conditions and forest resource conditions.Second,based on the two characteristics of the National Forest Park,the hot springs and Buddhist culture,the park will carry out a special plan for forest recreation,and the Fuji National Forest Park will be built into a forest recreation,vacation,recuperation,health care and retirement.As one of the forest health care bases.The research results are as follows:1.Through the evaluation of the ecological environment quality of the Buermen National Forest Park,the conclusion that the park is suitable for forest health conservation activities is obtained(1)The air quality is goodAccording to the 2017 monitoring,PM10,SO2,NO2,CO,O3 and PM2.5 are all significantly smaller than the standard limits of GB3095-2012 Ambient Air Quality Standard.The negative oxygen ion content of Liangfeng Cave,Lishui Cave,Xiayu Niu,Longsha Lake,Tonghugou,Longtan and Hot Water Pit are all higher than 5000/cm3,far exceeding the 1000 local standard of Hunan/cm3.(2)31 water of anionic surfactants,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,manganese,iron,copper,zinc,lead,cadmium,selenium,arsenic,mercury,cyanide,sulfide,sulfate,nitrate,chloride and fluoride The indicators have reached the Class Ⅲ standard of GB3838-2002 Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard.(3)The acoustic environment quality is up to standardThe environmental noise value of the park was monitored 1863.2 hm2.According to the principle of science and sustainability,the whole base is divided into three functional areas:forest health area,forest recreation area and health management area.The area of forest health area is 1853.04 hm2,accounting for 99.45%;the area of forest recreation area is 4.74 hm2,accounting for 0.26%;the area of health management area is 5.42 hm2,accounting for 0.29%.Each functional area has different forest recreation areas,which are suitable for different forest health conservation projects.The forest health area is divided into a forest bath area,a forest meditation area,and a hydrophilic activity area.The forest bathing area includes the forest bathing area,the yoga Taiji Square,and the forest health training center;the forest meditation area includes the forest meditation field,the forest health care activity plaza,the forest health education mission corridor;the hydrophilic activity area contains the negative oxygen ion breathing field,View the Buddha Corridor,the ecological fishing grounds,and the Yoga Taiji Square.The construction project of the forest recreation area is Huahai Sightseeing Garden and the essence of plant resources.The features of the base are the hot springs and Buddhist culture.The base’s hot spring water is rich in mineral trace elements such as strontium and metasilicate,and has a strontium content of 3.11-23.90 mg/L.It has functions of improving cardiovascular,treating coronary heart disease,and enhancing nerve and muscle excitability.The acid content is as high as 33.8-40.5 mg/L,which can increase bone hardness,slow down neurodermatitis and reduce the appearance of keratinized skin.Make full use of the base’s hot spring resources and integrate it into the forest recreation plan to attract tourists.First,the forest health care provider will conduct a health check on the tourists,and then customize the differentiated hot spring health regimen for each person’s examination
