In the production practice,Camellia oleifera generally refers to a general term for a series of species with high oil content and economic cultivation value.Therefore,in breeding research and production,we are based on the most widely distributed and most cultivated common Camellia oleifera,and the rest are called Camellia oleifera relative species.In this experiment.the research material is 7-10 years old tree of two main varieties of Camellia oleifera and five Camellia oleifera relative species.We analyzed leaf physiological traits,photosynthetic characteristics,fruit quality and light contractant distribution,the photosynthetic performance of seven Camellia oleifera species was evaluated by principal component analysis.The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)Two Camellia oleifera cultivars of daily change in net photosynthetic rate are"single peak" curve,it is not photosynthetic "noon break" phenomenon;five Camellia oleifera relative species of net photosynthetic rate of the daily variation are divided into"single peak" and "double peak".Two Camellia oleifera cultivars of net photosynthetic rate average are more than 80%of Camellia oleifera relative species.Camellia oleifera’XL1’(6.08)>Camellia reticulata(5.43)>Camellia oleifera’XL97’(5.33)>Camellia vietnamensis(4.24)>Camellia gigantocarpa(4.08)>Camellia Magniflora(3.15)>Camellia chekiangoleosa(2.50),and there are significant differences between seven Camellia oleifera species.The stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and water use efficiency of tseven Camellia oleifera species are showed significant differences.(2)Two Camellia oleifera cultivars of the leaf area are less than five Camellia oleifera relative species.Camellia gigantocarpa(44.92)>Camellia Magniflora(31.59)>Camellia chekiangoleosa(23.57)>Camellia vietnamensis(20.22)>Camellia reticulata(14.39)>Camellia oleifera ’XL1’(12.97)>Camellia oleifera’XL97’(11.84).Two Camellia oleifera cultivars of the leaf area index of are better than 80%Camellia oleifera relative species.(3)Two Camellia oleifera cultivars of chlorophyll content are more than 60%Camellia oleifera relative species,Camellia Magniflora(2.15)>Camellia reticulata(2.13)>Camellia oleifera’XL97(1.87)>Camellia oleifera’XL1’(1.90)>Camellia gigantocarpa(1.67)>Camellia vietnamensis(1.50)>Camellia chekiangoleosa(0.98).Two Camellia oleifera cultivars of chlorophyll a/b are less than 80%Camellia oleifera relative species.The net photosynthetic rate daily average is significantly negatively correlated with the chlorophyll a/b(0.835),and is not significantly correlated with other photosynthetic pigment contents.(4)The Camellia oleifera cultivars of seed’s ’3C content and distribution rate are higher thal Camellia oleifera relative species,shell’s 13C content and distribution rate are lower than Camellia oleifera relative species.Seed’s 13C content:Camellia oleifera ’XL97’(779.44)>Camellia vietnamensis(494.21)>Camellia Magniflora(187.99),shell’s13C content:Camellia Magniflora(632.00)>Camellia vietnamensis(690.27)>Camellia oleifera’XL97T(138.65).The Camellia oleifera cultivars of optical contract compound retention is lower than Camellia oleifera relative species,optical contract output is higher than Camellia oleifera relative species,it shows significant differences.(5)The Camellia oleifera cultivars of oil content of seed kernels,oil content of fresh seeds and oil content of fruits(Camellia oleifera’XL97’)is larger than two Camellia oleifera relative species.The difference in fresh seed yield among fruit economic indicators is the most obvious,Camellia oleifera’XL97’(43.61%)>Camellia vietnamensis(28.94%)>Camellia Magniflora(17.93%).There is a significant negative correlation between fruit size and fresh seeding rate,a significant positive correlation with dry seeding rate and seed moisture content,and a positive correlation with fruit weight and seed oil content.(6)From the photosynthesis,chlorophyll and leaf area indicators,we selected thirteen indicators and extracted four principal components by principal component analysis to construct a photosynthetic performance evaluation model for Camellia oleifera.The evaluation results showed that the photosynthetic performance of two Camellia oleifera cultivars is better than five Camellia oleifera relative species.Camellia oleifera’XL97’(1.04)>Camellia oleifera’XL1’(0.87)>Camellia reticulata(0.76)>Camellia vietnamensis(0.42)>Camellia Magniflora(0.10)>Camellia chekiangoleosa(-0.03)>Camellia gigantocarpa(-0.16).
