| This study used four colorful pomelo varieties(Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck),‘Hongrou miyou’,‘Sanhong miyou’,‘Huangjin miyou’ and ‘Hongmian miyou’as materials,collected from Pinghe district Fujian Province,to survey and compare their adaptive performances in Sichuan Province.More comprehensive comparison for the difference in fruit quality between the introduction areas in Sichuan province and the country of origin Pinghe district Fujian province was also analyzed in ‘Hongrou miyou’and ‘ Sanhong miyou ’.Combining with adaptive performance,major cultivation technology for advancing quality and efficiency such as selection of suitable root stock,proper period for bagging time and the optimal picking time,covered with reflective film,spraying different kinds and concentrations of foliar fertilizer,girdling was also made detailed research.After nearly three years of research and related laboratory analysis,the main results were listed as follows.ⅰ.The evaluation of 19 main fruit quality index such as fruit size,graining index,soluble solids content,titratable acid,TSS/acid ratio,total soluble sugar,red value,yellow value etc.was performed using membership function and principal component analysis(PCA)in ‘Hongrou miyou’ and ‘Sanhong miyou’ from seven different areas.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality in seven different areas of the cultivated‘Hongrou miyou’ and ‘Sanhong miyou’ from high to low in turn was:Pinghe county in Fujian province,Langzhong city,Zitong county,Pingchang county,Dachuan district,Pengshan district and Pujiang county Sichuan province.ⅱ.Pujiang fragrant citrus is suitable for the rootstock of the four colorful pomelo varieties.Comparing with the rootstock of sour pomelo in same conditions,colorful pomelo grafted to Pujiang fragrant citrus hold uniform nutrient distribution in trees body,symmetrical fruit size,no crack and granulating(lignification),and favorable fruit quality.The flavor and quality of fruit is also better than that of acid pomelo rootstock.Meanwhile,rootstock of Pujiang fragrant citrus not only could make the tree body dwarf,invigorate tree body,weaken alternate bearing,and hold stable yields,but also has strong ability of hardy,antifreeze and waterlogging tolerance.ⅲ.The analysis of different picking time in ‘Sanhong miyou’ and ‘Huangjin miyou’ shown that the optimal picking time is 205 days after blossom for them.At this point,the acid content of fruit is no longer decreased,and sugar content keeps stable,to get the best fruit quality.ⅳ.The analysis of different period for bagging time in ‘Hongrou miyou ’ and‘Huangjin miyou’ shown that the proper bagging time is 75 days after blossom for both of them.During this period,the fruit is yellow,luster,with uniform color,and oil cell is close and flat.ⅴ.The fruit quality was evaluated after treatment with different cultivation technique measures for‘Hongrou miyou’and‘Sanhong miyou’cultivated in Pujiang county and Pengshan district in this study.The results of principal component analysis indicated that the treatment 4 had the highest composite scores for ‘Hongrou miyou’ in both pujiang county and pengshan district,represent the best fruit quality.The treatment methods are covering silver reflective film(Method 1),spraying amino acid trace element fertilizer on the leaf(Method 2),girdling great branches(Method 3),and spraying brassinolide(Method 4)four technical measures.ⅵ.The analysis of external fruit quality were performed using a modified ‘Guanxi miyou’ classification standard,2S,S,M,L,2L,3L and 4L,a total of seven levels in this study.The fruit with L stage(1400g-1600g)has the maximum ratio of tss and acid,most weak granulating,and bright red color.Therefore,the fruit sizehould be controlled in the process of production using cultivation technique measures,to avoid blind pursuit of large fruit resulting in the decrease of fruit quality. |
