The small class data of forest resources is the object of forest resource management.Due to the normal and abnormal management activities,natural disasters and so on,the forest resources will change,and the changed forest resources will be implemented to the small class.It is of great significance for forest resources management to master the correct small class data of forest resources in time.In this paper,the history and development status of forest resources data change monitoring at home and abroad are reviewed,and the theory,technology and methods of forest resources data change monitoring based on GIS and RS are summarized and summarized.This paper studies the application of forest resources small class database,remote sensing image superposition technology and synchronous linkage technology at different time,gives the technical realization flow,key code and database structure,and carries on the small class change judgment and detection.On this basis,Using ArcGIS Engine component and C#language,a comparative interpretation system of forest small class change remote sensing image based on GIS is developed.The system makes use of forest resources small class database and different time remote sensing image superposition,synchronous linkage technology,through the background small class data and the same period remote sensing image and the present remote sensing image,carries on the contrast to the present remote sensing image one by one,and finds the inconsistency of the small class.In particular,it confirms the changes in small classes of forest resources caused by various business activities,and then submits inconsistent small classes to grass-roots departments for verification,grasps the data of small classes that have changed in a timely manner,and updates the data of forest resources.It provides a scientific and effective basis for forest resource management and decision-making.
